I gave them one star but I would really give them 0. Yesterday they called saying they couldn't keep my 4 o'clock appt so come tomorrow. I leave work an hour and half early and they are closed. No phone call no nothing. Answering service tells me the dentist won't be in till Monday. Are you kidding me! I'm disgusted!

I just got a script today and my insurance won't pay for it because The insurance prescribe Health Partners said That you are the prescriber id is state sanctioned. Whatever that means CVS is OK if I paid for cash, so her license is good enough to fill scripts.

This place is not a good dentist at all. She worked on my tooth once and broke less than a month late. I went to a different dentist so far, so good. It has been over a year now since I fixed it. The second dentist did excellent work.
I took my wife to this dentist for a lot of work because of the insurance reason, but she fixed some teeth that broke less than 2 months later. We paid a lot of money for nothing. It's a shame. We're not going back to her.

I went in for a procedure build up. That same day after the procedure I was experiencing pain. I said to myself it's tender due to the procedure. Well a week went by and the pain was terrible. If I tried to drink anything except for milk. The pain would radiate from my mouth to my neck to my head. I felt my heart rate increase. BP was elevated. I had called them immediately. To be seen. Which I had a great deal of difficulty getting in to be seen. Well I was seen. The Dr states oh. Their is a crack in the tooth which has gone below the gun line
And I have an infection. So I was given antibiotics. Which they would administer at the drop of a dime. Along with pain meds. I tell them the pain is terrible. I get told we cannot see you until a later date. To be exact a couple of months later. So I call another Dentist. They get me in. They pull the tooth immediately!!!!I Also I had placed a $200.00 deposit to have more dental work done at Bensalem Dental Specialist. Prior to my tooth getting infected. At this point I requested my $200.00 back so that I could give it to my new Dentist. I repeatedly called toget my lousy $200.00 back. After two months they finally mail me my $200.00 back. Then about 5 months ago. They call me and wanted to know if I wanted to come in for my check up and cleaning. I obviously said no. I just wanted to point out when I started to go there roughly three years ago they were really good.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the oral surgeons office for a month and a half now to set up a day to get my wisdom teeth removed . I already had the consultation and they told me my insurance approved it . I told them I would call a few days later to schedule the day since I didn’t know my work schedule the day of my consultation. I’ve called the number 5 times now since October . The customer service line tells me they attempted to call the office and sent multiple emails and have not received anything back from them.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. I found them through my insurance first time going there I'm 15 minutes late because it's the first time there they send me to the wrong room in the building. I get to the right room the girl asks me and my checking and I say yes. My name and then she says well we're going to have to reschedule your appointment because you're more than 20 minutes late which I wasn't, I was only 15 minutes late. Then proceeded to tell me that the doctor is overbooked, why would you over book your doctor if you have appointments set. Listen I'm all fine with you rescheduling if I'm an hour late I was 15 minutes late this is the first time that this dentist and she treated me like a piece of you know what. They can charge me a hundred or 200 for sitting and waiting in an overbooked office for an hour but because they canceled me within 15 minutes. I can't get my hour back that I wasted going there. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody, and I mean anybody! find somewhere else to go this place is horrible and the people working there are miserable!!!!!

My ordeal started in March 2022 with this office but its to long to go into so I will just give the facts for what just happened a week ago. The Oral Surgeon, Dr. Carlos is wonderful but whoever is scheduling the appointments needs to go back to school to learn time frames. Patients should be given enough time so that the next patient is not stuck waiting over an hour to be seen especially just for a consult. I have to come in on October for a procedure, wondering whether I should bring a pillow and blanket.

Called over a week ago to make an emergency appointment because my tooth needed to be extracted because it split due to a bad root canal done elsewhere. The secretary confirmed they do take my insurance the day i made my appointment however i would have to wait over a week for the visit. So i waited for the appointment in pain the whole time until their office called the day before my appointment to cancel because they suddenly no longer cooperate with health partners. 😭😭😭 im in soo much pain and i have no where else to go this was the last surgeon in my driveable area that took my insurance. Guess I'm just supposed to go crawl off into the woods and croak.
