Every staff member, including the front desk, is a caring professional, personable, competent, and fun to work with. Teamwork is emphasized! Smiles and fun are the norm. Everything is sanitized and the bathroom is absolutely cleaner than the majority of hospitals I’ve experienced. They deserve an A+ and my highest recommendation to everyone with a need!

I was very impressed with Bentz Physical Therapy. Everyone was professional, friendly and prompt. I felt very comfortable there and I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs. They are conveniently located in the hospital district area which is handy for so many people in Fort Worth

Physical therapists were great but they failed to communicate clearly that I would only be seen for 10 days because I came in on my own without a doctor’s note. So after 2 visits, I was told I could not come back. The therapists said my recovery would take about 6 weeks so I guess I’m on my own for the last 4 weeks. Bad customer service.

We have seen numerous therapists over the years and Dr. O'Malley distinguished himself. He was clearly knowledgeable and committed to tailoring a successful treatment plan. He had both the expertise and interpersonal skills to make our treatment successful. He was genuinely interested in helping the patient develop a plan that was sustainable. Soon that you walk in you are welcomed ,miss JOANNE will take care of your appointments any way you need them.And MAT ,JOHN, miss HEIDI and miss HANNAH doing great job to take care of your injuries. In my case after rotator cuff surgery I am well taken care of here at Bentz.
