I have been going to this practice for some time for my two kids. Generally they are nice. Although lately I had to put up with a rude receptionist in Telegraph, a doctor that seems that she is in a hurry and today a very rough assistant.
Generally Sergio -who is nice and gentle- checks how my kids are doing and then he calls the doctor, but today unfortunately it was Rowena who worked on my son’s teeth and she was very rough. My son it’s not a robot. She would say open your mouth, he had already his mouth open at its fullest but she would repeat “open your mouth” and would tap roughly on his face. What does she think my son is? A robot? If she can’t work with kids or doesn’t have the patience she needs to be somewhere else.

Berkeley Orthodontics is extremely professional, clean, and does an incredible job. They helped me re-align my bite and straighten my teeth with both braces and Invisalign and the process was so seamless. The doctors and dental hygienists are extremely sharp, patient, and kind and I always felt very taken care of and that I was getting the best possible treatment. The front office is also so helpful and made scheduling very seamless, with reminders of upcoming appointments and following up to schedule future ones. Couldn't recommend this place more for any of your orthodontic needs!

Excellent staff, everyone is very welcoming from the receptions to assistants and doctors. I'm currently in braces and definitely feel im in good hands, the doctors are very attentive to detail so that makes me happy. Recommend practice for all ages! 😊

It's great!! All the staff are nice and you should definitely consider coming here! They have a cool rewards system where you get points for doing things like bringing in a recipe or beginning a new treatment plan! Super fun.

They have a fish tank that I can look at, and Dr. Kim did a good job with my retainer. They also have really good color choices".

I have twin 4th graders and they've been patients at Berkeley Orthodontics for a couple years now. Our experience has been great and I'm very happy to be working with them to resolve my kids dental needs. Some of the things I like:

- The doctors took a very conservative approach to each kid's needs, addressing them in the least invasive way possible.
- Reasons for the treatments were well documented and explained to us, along with progress expectations, timelines, and costs.
- The staff at large are very friendly, patient, and easy going with the kids, explaining what's happening each step of the way and giving the kids time to acclimate without feeling overwhelmed.
- Their billing options are very flexible. We are on full insurance and FSA but they still spread out payments quarterly to make each payment align with my company's contributions to FSA and deductible.
- Scheduling is very easy and flexible and they don't mind when I have to reschedule on short notice. They also have multiple offices which makes scheduling easier.

Would definitely recommend this provider to anyone with kids who need braces or similar treatments.
