Everyone in the office was extremely understanding.
I experienced a lot of tooth pain on Christmas the next day I called Best Smiles and they booked me ann appointment right away that same day. I am a scary cat when it comes to my teeth and I was very pleased with all the information I was given to be able to do things the right way when it comes to getting my teeth fixed and an implant put in.
Doctor Gonzalez and specialist Mr. Victor are hands down 2 of the best doctors I’ve ever met.

Visiting the hygienist is always a pleasant experience. She is knowledgeable, evaluates thoroughly, and offers advice during the cleaning, all with a gentle touch. The office staff is very attentive; they even offered my mother a warm tea on a cool day. I appreciate their punctuality in calling us in for the appointment on time. I’ve been to many dental offices before meeting Dr. Gonzalez and her team, including Ivan in the administration, who is very knowledgeable as well.
By far, this is the best dental office in South Florida! Excellent service, quality, and attention to detail. Dr. Gonzalez not only transformed my smile, but she also did great in diagnosis and treatment. She is very thorough in her exams and her work. I recommend this dental office to everyone ?

Best office at Miramar Pkwy and Pembroke Pines, That best place we had been too.My two boys, my 24 year-old son and my 18-year-old son. My two son told me that y’all are the best and they love the place and they service, they feel like they had VIP. This place call you on time for your appointment and always someone answer the phone and so far good employees it’s a clean place. I love it,My 24 year old son had aligner 100% So far so good and now my 18 year-old son has his wisdom teeth out good service 100% Doctor Maikel Seguí thank you for your good work and employees. Best office i’ve been to. Wasn’t taking the best care of my teeth before but they are helping me right my wrongs. They have at least two offices that i know of and scheduling appointments are pretty simple. Good personable customer service and their Hygienist are the best. I started with Anaiy(probably spelling it wrong) but she was amazing. She didn’t scold me for taking poor care of my teeth prior and she gave me my first deep cleaning at that office that was as comfortable as it could be. Kept going back as they scheduled when i normally stopped other offices because of pain. But next time i had to reschedule and Anaiy wasn’t going to be there. I was worried because i didn’t want to deal with anyone else. That’s when i met the other hygienist Paula who was just as nice and just as comforting. Now i schedule whenever because either hygienist i get I'm beyond satisfied. Yall check this place out if you’re looking for a dental office.

I'm kind of afraid of the dentist, but everyone was very friendly, and I felt safe with them. They saw me the same day (a Saturday) even though I was a new patient because I was in pain. They also sent me a copy of my X-ray and my recommended treatment plan immediately so that I can give them to a dentist who works with my insurance plan.

If I changed my insurance plan to one they cover, I'd definitely go back.
