I recently visited downey smiles and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I barely had to wait at all.

Dr. took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. The exam was thorough, and I appreciated the gentle approach, especially during the cleaning. The equipment felt modern, and the whole environment was calming, which really helped reduce any anxiety I had.

I was also impressed with the transparency around pricing and treatment options—there were no surprises, and I felt like my dental health was in good hands.downey smiles is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one!

I highly recommend this dental office. I came in with severe wisdom tooth pain. Dr. Tran was the only one who could see me on such short notice. Once he saw my x-rays, he told me he could remove the tooth the same day if I would like. I was overwhelmed with happiness cause other offices would have booked me days or weeks later. Their prices are also reasonable. I have no insurance. The scammers at Western Dental wanted to charge me 3x the amount for a wisdom tooth extraction i paid for at this location. Staff all around is friendly and welcoming. ?

Wonderful place to get a tooth extracted. My senior father needed one of his teeth extracted and they took care of him really well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a same day extraction. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad.

My sister-in-law had dental work done at this establishment and had a very bad experience with the dentist and staff. She had dental implants and within 1 month of procedure she started experiencing bad excruciating pains around her implants. She went back to the place where she had the procedure done and they wanted more money to correct their mistake. To make a long story short, she
ended up going to another dentist and was told that the previously dentist never cleaned out the tart which infected her gums. The second dentist told her that she could have suffered a blood infection or something worse if she hadn't had the new implants removed. Now she has no teeth and out thousands of dollars due to the negligence of this dental practice. Please stay far away as possible from this establishment. They'll take your money and not make good on their mistakes. Stay far far away from here!!!

Dr. Tran is the BEST! He is very calming and caring, always asking how I’m doing, if I’m feeling ok, as he knows I have anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. His office staff is awesome as well, very professional and friendly! Keep up the GREAT work!!

came here because it was the only dentist that could see me on such short notice. I was in so much pain from molar #2 that was an already treated root canal from several years ago, and several of places I've called all told me I need a
"specialist" for either re-treat or extraction and then the insurance would take time to kick in.
I was in complete agony!! So This was the last place I called and they were able to book me in quickly.
The front desk girls were very nice. I was called in within 5 minutes!! The dentist came and examined me and explained everything and all my options, he was very nice and very understanding, since it wasn’t worth “trying to save” the tooth by re-treating it, I decided to get it extracted (I thought he was going to say I need a specialist) but he was able to extract it there and that time.

A lot was kinda a tough molar to pull out, he was super patient with me and gentle throughout the process. The office and back are very clean and a nice modern environment with lots of plants ? around a relaxing atmosphere.

I stopped bleeding from the tooth by evening time and it was a speedy recovery for me. I’m thankful I found this little gem dentist. I will be returning and I definitely recommend anyone who needs any dental care to come here. ?

Dr. Tran is friendly and approachable. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. I went by myself to my last appointment and they asked me about my husband and my kids. I was surprised they did. I highly recommend this office.
