I had an amazing experience at better life center. As soon as you walk in Darby greets with a positive warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tami the hygienist made sure I was comfortable and explained everything throughout the cleaning. My teeth felt amazing and so much cleaner! Overall a fantastic experience.

I can’t thank Dr Tommy Sediq at Better Life Center enough for his great skill taking excellent care of my unique issues.

Based on a past unfortunate dental experience I am not an easy patient but Dr Sediq’s easy going manner and warmth was a godsend to me.

Good call Dr Dunlop, Dr Sediq is a Gem.

I was a new patient and I was not going to give a review because I only submitted To the office how my experience was, and I felt that I didn’t need to tell all if people like it that way… Like which way? Are you willing to pay upfront for your dental procedure and then have your insurance company pay you in a check? Also not knowing when your check would get to you to cover your cash loss I also felt that there were too many cooks in the kitchen and not enough Chef. Miscommunication would not have happened if there was an office manager To oversee everything
I have a lot more to say, but I’m not going to waste my time here… Personally, this place is not for me and they do not have cutting edge Procedures

Better Life Center for implant and dentistry was recommended by my dentist Dr. Julia Lee. The staff at this facility is very professional. Theresa was assigned to take care of me and she did an excellent job. The surgeon Dr. Dunlop is very nice, very professional. He performed the dental procedure under IV sedation. The facility appears to be very well equipped to do it.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because nobody from their office called me to check how I was doing after surgery. Its like you are done with the procedure and out of the office.

I wish they show some concern about their patient's well being who underwent surgery at your facility. A simple text / email/call would show they care..

Hello, I’ve gone to Better Life 2x’s in the last few yrs, in hopes that I could have a beautiful smile. I trust Dr Dunlop & his staff, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any teeth , due to not able to get a large enough loan. But the Dr was very helpful, explained everything very well. Nicky, his assistant, was super helpful & so very sweet. I wish I had a better outcome, & I wish I could say how beautiful my teeth r, & how beautiful my smile is. But if u go to Dr Dunlop, whether u need 1 tooth replaced, or a whole mouth replaced, I know u would absolutely love ur smile! They r wonderful & caring people. Go & make an appointment with them, I know u will love ur smile! 😃

Dont go there!, they did my implants about 2 years ago, and I have had problems with them every since. And it was extremely pain full.
they are defiantly a money first and people second place of business. They threw me out of the office because I complained about the new 55 dollar charge just to look at me, as if they don't make enough from your insurance. The office assistant said I cussed at her, which is a bold face lie.

I was recommended by a current patient that had nothing but great reviews for this office. I went as a new patient and was treated poorly. I had a terrible experience for this to be my first ever time coming here. Never again. The staff was rude and they do not have a office manager to regulate staff, which is extremely needed. I showed up early to my appointment and filled out paperwork because I could not fill it out online because they got my birthday wrong in order for me to access the online paperwork. I got there when the office was empty. As I am filling out my paperwork 5 patients arrive after me. All 5 were seen before me. If I did not speak up they would have not known that they forgot to send my sheet back for me to be called up and seen. After I explained they were defensive at first when that is unnecessary, especially if the team was in the wrong. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I would not trust people with no remorse around my mouth or health. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

My husband has Parkinson’s and sees Tammy for his implant cleaning. She is always punctual, very friendly and always makes him feel at ease. I definitely give this office 5 stars.
