I don't recommend this place. They evaluated me and wanted me to pay out of pocket for a procedure that could be paid by insurance. I have been evaluated by another dentist (far away from me) and they said my insurance would pay for it but unfortunately I couldn't do the treatment with them because of distance. So I picked BIG DENTAL to evaluate me again and when they gave me a treatment plan they wanted me to pay for those out of pocket. When I mentioned to them, that the other dentist office wouldn't charge me anything, they said, I was welcome to proceed with the treatment at the other office. Anyways, another thing I don't recommend, their equipment was NOT working properly during the work on my tooth. She did a filling for a cavity tooth and after 24hs my tooth has been hurting when it was not hurting before. If you are brave enough to take the risk, go ahead but I am letting you know of the risk you might take.

The staff is amazing and great. Always helpful and accommodating. The Dentist is excellent. Had some issues with previous work from another dentist and the dentist fixed them and made them look a feel better. So thank full I found this office. I fully recommend.

The front offife was rude a she wanted my I.D and & insurance card when i called over the phone it was free Consulstion. They have old x ray machine and the tech being very forceful uncomfortable for me.
We are in 2024 century update the peraonality of front desk and the xray machine. The dentist had to out source me.

Front desk was really friendly and helpful. JoJo was nice and did a good job on my cleaning and X-rays. My dentist knew exactly what she was doing by my X-ray and a quick check. Amazing place highly recommend it.

THIS PLACE IS SO WELCOMING!! They do such a great job. The doctor is very gentle with your mouth. The assistants are so helpful. The receptionist Diane is so nice. When you walk in through the front door she greets you and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend to come here because it’s all around a perfect dentist. You can completely rely on this place to get your teeth fixed and healthy.

I am sure these woman are nice people but I went to them for a few years and in that time needed 3 crowns. I have never needed a crown in my life. Then next visit i was told i need 2 more and my husband as well. We decided to find a nother dentist. That was 8 years ago. I never needed a crown since I left them. So I just don't trust them. Makes no sense.
