Dr. Frost was amazing. He was so welcoming, transparent, and made my first appointment enjoyable. Additionally. Omar was super informative and made me feel at ease, as the dentist office can be anxiety inducing. Lastly, I can’t forget the front desk staff. They were so kind and helpful with getting my insurance together and super welcoming upon my arrival. I’m happy to share that I have now found a dentist in the Phoenix area.

I was super nervous and hesitant looking for a new dentist as it’s been years since I’ve been to one. I can say with confidence this place took all those nerves away the second I walked through the door! Devon is there to great you at the door with the biggest smile on her face! Omar took his time going over everything with me and made sure I felt relaxed during my cleaning and even put my favorite movie on! Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all my X-ray testing. And last but not least, the amazing Dr. Frost! He’s kind, friendly and so great at what he does. You can certainly telll everyone here loves their job and what they do. ♥️? I’m so happy to be getting my dental care here from now on! ♥️♥️

I had a great experience at Biltmore Dental Center. The entire team is so friendly and helpful. I ran into a bit of a scheduling issue with my appointment, but Omar, the dental hygienist, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He made sure I could still be seen without having to leave and come back, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and care made the whole experience so much smoother. I highly recommend this office and especially Omar for anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!

The dental hygienist, Omar, is fantastic. Not only is he a detailed,, efficient hygienist, but he is also very personable. I hate the dentist, but look forward to seeing Omar and catching up with him. The office staff is super friendly and they get me in and out quickly.

Omar (hygienist) and Dr Coles are phenomenal! Dr. Cole takes the time to explain all of the options of treatment. After coming here myself, my entire family now comes. Omar is very gentle on your teeth and sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend the Biltmore dental facility. The front office and staff is very accommodating. The office and facilities are very clean. Highly recommended!

Everyone on staff is genuinely nice. Dr Frost is the best dentist I have ever had. I trust Ruby’s work on me and she makes me nice and comfortable. I forget my nervousness.

Full disclosure, Dr. Justin Frost is my son and he works at Biltmore dental center. As a dentist myself I know what it takes to get a five star review. This was an amazing experiencing getting a crown done in the same day and Liz, his assistant and Dr. Frost were absolutely amazing. The Crown fit the first time and it feels wonderful to have it done in one setting. I highly recommend a first class dental experience by Dr. Frost and his team at the Biltmore dental center.
