My fault for not coming here first but I would’ve thought twice about agreeing to a crown with these reviews if I had. Long story short, they couldn’t get me in with extreme tooth pain due to abscess on a tooth they crowned two weeks prior bc I couldn’t make the 2 hour trip within 15 min of their available time slot. This right before closing for TG break and didn’t offer to even call in antibiotics. Spent the holidays taking 4 iBprofen every 4 hours for extreme pain. And I’m the kind of person that barely ever takes a Tylenol and never leaves reviews. That’s how bad this office is.

Wonderful staff and dentist! This dentist is not our for money. My wife had a cracked wisdom tooth the dentist wanted to pull. She told Dr Bishop it wasn't bothering her. He responded if it's not bothering you then you don't have to have it pulled. The dentist found a small cavity starting on my tooth. He told me, "Usually I'd just fill it. But with your history of not having cavities I know you'll take care of your teeth". We can't say enough good about this place. It's amazing to not be pushed by a dentist to do something. Kindness is definitely the theme of this practice.

Dr Bishop is great. Staff however is awful! Rude! Rude! Rude! My daughters filling that was done there chipped and they refused to make an appointment for her because she had to reschedule 2 previous appointments. Reschedule, not no show! We are a family of 5 that will no longer go there. We will take pur business elsewhere. I sure hate thay a good dentist is having his business hurt by such horrible office staff.

We have always received excellent care from Dr. Bishop and his office staff. They are very kind and accommodating. My boys have always loved going to the dentist! I would recommend Dr. Bishop to anyone!

Rude, I’m assuming, office manager. Staff is great. Scheduled for fillings. My son got a filling and owed $35 for it and money has been extremely tight, so hadn’t paid. Took a whole day off work for my appt(and if you’re broke you know this is a sacrifice because of lost pay) . No mention of payment before any services(I have insurance). Came in for the appointment before time, waited 20+ minutes, got told payment due. NO MENTION OF THIS BEFOREHAND. I had to say “I don’t have the money, but I can pay you next Friday on payday” in front of about 6 people. She sneers and says “no, I’ll have to reschedule” CAN YOU SAY EMBARRASSING? Office mgr proceeds to make sure everyone knows I owe money (a whole $35 dollars) from a prior appt to EVERYONE IN THE WAITING AREA. I said I took a whole day off work and lost pay for this and got the most condescending “I’m sorry” I’ve ever gotten. Im sorry Im not Greenwoods normal “money” demographic and I’m a widow that has to budget EVERYTHING. I haven’t been this embarrassed in years.

Had an appointment they changed it through my emergency contact without my permission. Then this morning I was kicked out with them refusing to help me with my tooth pain because I got angry and said they were in the wrong for changing my appointment without talking to me first. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a doctors office.
