Dr Wong performed extraction, bone graft, implant placement and an implant crown for one of my molars. Every procedure was SURPRISINGLY pain-free and zero discomfort! I had extractions and implant surgeries done at other clinics by other doctors before, so I know the differences!!!!

Thank you Dr Wong and his team for being soooooo gentle, patient, informative and professional throughout my entire in-office experience and out-of-office communication! I have always had soooo many follow-up questions about every single treatment, cost, insurance coverage and post-treatment care, but Dr Wong and his team would answer them all even after office hours.

Dr. Wong and his team are amazing! I had cleaning, filling, bone graft, and temporal teeth done, and I was so impressed with how much less discomfort I experienced compared to previous dentists. The appointment also went much faster than I expected, taking less than an hour even though they had scheduled 1.5 hours. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The office is also very clean and modern, and the staff is super friendly. So glad I found Bishop Ranch Dentistry!

I just had my first appointment visit with Dr. Nelson Wong, I felt like I had a 5-star experience. Before the appointment, Kay communicated frequently and friendly with me, regarding the transfer of previous records, and insurance coverages. At my appointment, Kay pleasantly greeted me, I felt very welcome to their practice. Dr. Wong gave me a thorough tooth check, pointed out several teeth of concerns and how he would treat them. He was friendly and patient with his explanations. I also felt he being very honest as he showed me the photos of the concerned teeth. He devised a treatment plan which I am mostly comfortable with. The gum-check and teeth cleaning by Dr. Wong was more gentle than my previous dental cleanings. At check-out, Kay went over the treatment plan in detail with me, and even gave me a personalized thank-you note. I am happy with my visit, and certainly hope my future visits are as well.
