I did not like the experience here this time. First off I had an appointment at 11am.. was not seen until 11:33am.. the girl who helped me was rude.. stating that they were short staffed like it was my problem.. if the company is short staffed then hire more people. I had a lot to do that day and that pushed me back. she didn’t even apologize for it and she was pretty rude about it. She then accidentally hit me in the face with the image machine and gave me a weak “sorry”. The doctor was nice and courteous, but by then I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Safe to say I am not coming back to that place.

The service I've received here has been incredible in the worst way.

I had a payment plan for a procedure they did. I used a credit card I hadn't used in a year with no charges for the payment plan.

First the guy who did the plan misled me on when the charges would be coming out. The agreement was a deposit and payments to begin the next month.

I paid the deposit, the next day I got charged the next month.

Then the card I used only there was stolen and the next payment declined. I called them after receiving a notice and they said they hire an overseas billing department to collect the money and once a payment is missed you have to pay in full.

I paid in full, and two months later the overseas billing department is still trying to charge my card and keeps calling me asking for payment.

I was talking to my friend about the situation and they said it was sooooo shady. I won't do business with them anymore.

For someone with dental anxiety, they go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable. They listen to my questions and answer honestly, and help me work through my specific anxieties to make the process as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend for anyone who hates going to the dentist. They will make the experience manageable, and *almost* enjoyable.

I came to this dentistry as a new patient & had the worst experience. The entire time I stood there waiting, I just hear the two front girls gossiping in the back corner. They were complaining about training a new employee & that the person just wasn’t getting it & she’s over it & complained about working conditions. Mind you there were other patients in the lobby while they were gossiping & complaining & we can all hear them. I said “excuse me” to only be told “I’ll be right with you” by the blond girl then she went back to gossiping & complaining while I stood there waiting, hearing their entire conversation. I waited a little longer then said “excuse me!” for the second time then I was actually serviced. At this point, I left the building. As a new patient, why would I want a dentistry where employees are gossiping & complaining about working conditions in front of their patients? Completely unprofessional. Do better.

Bixby Knolls Modern Dentistry has been a great dental off for my family for many years. Dr. La Pham is gentle and kind. The office staff is friendly. I recently had to have an extraction.😫 Dr. Sagong, the specialist was wonderful. I didn’t feel a thing! 😁 I will definitely stay with BKMD. And would recommend them to my family and friends.

Always ask for an Itemized bill from them they make it a point to bill work that won’t be covered by the insurance and also they will use wrong billing codes to get more in their pocket. We got a bill for 1,178 tell me why our insurance only covered 50 dollars this isn’t right. Crooked if you ask me my old dental provider never did this

I have found a dentist that I am going to be coming on a regular basis!

The office is clean and inviting. Everything, from the furniture to the technology, is modern. In this technological world, it is great to see this dental office has embraced technology to improve patient experience and better streamline the registration process. From filling out medical history forms to signing documents, everything is done on a hand-held device and on digital signing pads. The front desk individuals (Karina and Tori) are pleasant and are efficient in checking me in.

The dental assistants are patient and personable! They take the time to know you as an individual while prepping you for the dentist. They are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease.

Dr. La-Pham has a sense of humor yet professional and passionate - He is thorough in his work and makes the dental experience painless and enjoyable. He made sure I
was comfortable and took great care and time in explaining ×-ray results and the procedures needed. During the procedure, he would stop to ask how I was feeling. Overall, I am very satisfied with my treatment plan.

I HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone who is in need of dentistry services. This dental office does have specialists; endodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.

Requested my appointment in early November. Still have not received an appointment yet. I check regularly for an appointment time and am told there are no appointments for the foreseeable future.
