The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional. The front office staff are friendly and personable. They know their jobs pertaining to insurance and explain it clearly to patients. The dentist is thorough in explaining procedures and an expert in his field. Highly recommend!

Black Mountian Dental is GREAT! I've never been to a place where everyone - litterly everyone, was so friendly and helpful. It's quite a long drive for me to get there, but with the entire staff working together to give me all the information I need, both in person and in writing, I'm now committed to returning to Black Mountain Dental whenever I need Dental care. ? I had the most incredible experience at Black Mountain Dental yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, especially Richard, were so welcoming and friendly. My dental assistants, Katie and Candace, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, it was like I was with my best friends instead of at the dentist.

And then there's Dr. Hedayat - not only is he handsome, but he is also incredibly gentle and caring. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and checked in with me constantly. I felt well taken care of and in good hands.

I can confidently say that Black Mountain Dental deserves a perfect 10/10 rating from me. I will definitely be returning here for all of my dental needs from now on. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

Both my husband and I love this office. The staff was so friendly and willing to spend time with us. So far, Dr Fletcher is the only dentist we’ve met and she was fantastic. All the staff made sure we had all of our questions answered before we left. I highly recommend this office. They are at a great location too, Carefree Highway and Cave Creek Road.

Black Mountain Dental is by far the best dental office I have ever been to! The entire staff is upbeat, helpful and professional. They all have great personalities which makes every visit even more enjoyable. The hygienists are thorough and efficient and final check out with the dentist is always smooth. They are amazing!!
