They are the BEST dental office I have ever been to. I have been through so many bad dentist and bad practices that I haven't been to the dentist in way too long ... Because of certain complications, I decided to take action recently and find a dentist that is sincere, caring and concerned for their patients rather than a nuisance or a paycheck.

I have found that here, I have found my dental home and they have not once looked at me or spoke bad of me just because my teeth are bad. They listened and understood my situation and took action to help me asap.

Nga Ngo is the best! And all the staff at this office are incredible human beings, that have treated me just like that. As a human.

This place was great about 10 years ago, but since then it feels like it has become a butcher shop. The original dentist, Dr. Naidu was really caring and a great dentist. The dentistry was handled with a light hand, in a gentle way. I am not sure if she sold the practice, or just manages the new dentists but it just isn't the same. I have had one other good dentist there, but other than that, the rest don't seem interested in great care, only profit.

The first issue I had, was I had a crown put in, and when the dental assistant was trying to grind away some of the bottom of the crown so that it would fit better, she was a little too heavy handed and ground the bottom of the crown down so much that it left a big gap between the tooth and my gums. I mentioned this to the dentist, he agreed, and so did the next dentist I saw six months later, but nothing was done.

I had another crown put in later. When I went in to have the temporary removed, and the crown put in, the same dental assistant that left the massive gap in my other tooth, was pulling down so hard on the extractor, that it slipped, and cracked the bottom crown in half. It didn't fall out, but was damaged. Instead of replacing the crown that was faulty to begin with, and now broken, I was told that I would have to wait until it was five years old to have it replaced, otherwise insurance wouldn't cover it. Honestly, the dentist should have replaced it for free since it was shoddy work.

Eventually the broken, poorly fit crown became a problem, and broke apart. It was about 3:30pm and the dentist doesn't close till 5:30pm, so I called them. They didn't answer for a half hour, so I called the emergency dental number from their recording, and there was no answer. Finally I reach them around 4:00pm and I am greeted by the rudest receptionist I think I've ever dealt with in that office. Instead of helping me, she told me that all the dentists had gone home for the day, and that they don't do emergency work, no one would come back in to temporarily fix my problem, and that they could get me in next week some time. The last thing she said to me was "good luck."

My wife then went in for her annual cleaning a couple weeks later, and noticed that our insurance was being charged for x-rays, yet they tried to get her out of there without taking any. When she questioned them, they did some, no one came and looked at them, and instead she was told that she needed to come in soon for a filling. One that she had already had done, from the previous x-rays. They seemed annoyed with her, and were extremely rough with her cleaning. So much so, that my wife's mouth hurt for two days after.

We will not be going to this dentist anymore, and I urge you to find another dentist. Any positive reviews from this dentist have to be from days gone by when they used to be a solid place.

TL:DR - Painful experience, shoddy work, no accountability, no tact, no care. Pick somewhere else.

Blossom hill dental center is a great office, they helped me get my kids right in and worked with my schedule. Rosa who is the office administrator is awesome and very kind.

If you had a six + that's what I would give. My 1st time here & had surgery & I was so nervous but everything went well. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
