First I was impressed by Megan who is so caring about patient for all consideration. Then Tammy was really helpful to help me to move up schedule and make proper arrangement for implant while Megan was not in that morning. Today I am going to have implant and I am already feeling well by the preparation before today. I am happy with Dr. Fa by his straightness and quality in his field.

Dr Scharfen is amazing. I went in because I had a piece of my tooth that wasn't extracted totally and she had to go in and remove the piece of tooth that was underneath my bridge. She performed this without having to take out my bridge. It's been almost 24 hours since the extraction and I'm not in any pain. Her demeanor is very kind and sincere. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Was referred to Dr. Fa's office for wisdom teeth extraction and couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. The new office in Antioch is absolutely beautiful, the staff were all welcoming and Dr. Fa made me feel 100% comfortable about the procedure. I have been putting off my extraction for years due to fear. Well day 2 into recovery and I feel great. Dr. Fa even called to check on me following the procedure. I've experienced very little pain and hoping to make a speedy recovery. Thanks to everyone at Blue Oak for superb hospitality. I would highly recommend to anyone in need for extraction services.

Dr. S. is wonderful! She is very professional, knowledgeable and comforting. I had wisdom teeth removed and in comparison to my prior teeth removal 15 years ago, Dr. S. made the experience not so bad.
She called later in the day to check on me and provided an emergency number in case I needed to reach her. The office even gave me a goodie bag with pudding, soup etc. That was so unexpected and very appreciated. The Covid protocols by she and the staff were superb.
Blue Oak has a patient for life, if I ever need their services.

Dr. Sharfen is amazing! She has the ability to put you at ease with just a smile.

I went in to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and I was even nervous during the consultation, but she did her best to explain the process and what to expect. My appointment day arrived and i went back to feeling at ease once I saw the doctor and the familiar faces at the office. I was confident in Dr. Sharfen's ability to extract the teeth and make it as painless as possible.

The recovery was a pain, but she was always there if i needed anything, even in a change in medication.

Dr. Fa And everyone in his office is extremely caring, helpful and honest. My 13 y.o. son had his first surgery experience while under Dr. Fa's care and I was very impressed with all the offers of assistance along with the follow up calls. I didn't realize the insurance covered more than the estimate I had paid in full and was pleasantly surprised when I recieved a refund check in the mail from his office!

Your offices are beautiful and spacious. Your staff was polite and professional and Dr. Fa's original consultation put me at ease when others had left me uncomfortable and with too many questions.
