I have enjoyed shopping at blue mercury over the years. The last two times I came in I have felt an overwhelming push from the associates to purchase a more expensive product. It is not a peaceful experience and I will not be returning. Shopping should not be stressful.

One of my favorite stores in Austin and in California. Although my budget doesn't allow me to go as often as I'd like, I will continue to support this business whenever possible! The products are lovely and the people are what keep me loyal.
The staff at the Irvine CA location were beyond incredible, as they strove to ease my sister's chemo related symptoms with true compassion and genuine concern. I will forever be a grateful customer.
Each location I've visited carries unique products, backed by knowledgeable and courteous staff. Bluemercury is amazing!

I exclusively shop here for my wife. She is so happy and cheap, and is willing to buy their brands (Virtue) which says something! Thank you thank you for helping me Carly. Christmas, done!

I went to the Blue Mercury Arboretum location. I was immediately greeted by Nick and Carly. The customer service was excellent and these two representatives helped me tremendously. I always enjoyed shopping at Blue Mercury, but this location has to be one of my favorites! They have many brands to choose from, and the store is clean and well stocked. I can always shop online, but nothing can beat trying out the testers first and this is why I choose to always shop in person.

I discovered Bluemercury about two years ago so this review is quite overdue. I love the products and the staff; the location is great. Heather R. garners a big shout out for her priority to understand your skincare needs and make great recommendations. What takes me up to an hour in other competition takes me 1/2 or less and I am always happy with my purchase. They carry Osea which is hard to find in Austin and I love the M-61 line. Highly recommended!

I love this store!!! I have been going to the Blue Mercury in both Westlake and Great Hills locations and every visit I have had has been wonderful! The employees are so well informed of their products and know what to recommend for specific skin issues!

The most recent visit I had was a day ago at this location with Nick. He was awesome!! I tried the products he recommended me and my acne has already cleared TREMENDOUSLY in the two times I have applied it. I have never ever seen a product do this and I have had acne in my life for over seven years. Great job!!!!!!!!

Kastor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all the different products to me in a way I could fully understand. He was SO patient with me, all my skin issues and everything I had going on including product returns. Heather is also very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for great skincare and a helpful staff, this is the place to go!

I just went here earlier today and Bailey was simply wonderful; hand-crafted in Heaven. I'm new to getting makeovers and Spa treatments and she helped me with everything I needed to know. Recommend to anyone desiring a new look and an update on skin/face care/ new makeup products. I bought "half" my makeover kit and hope to return soon to purchase the rest of the products I was shown. <3333
