Just left from there. I lost my health insurance and made an appointment. Appointment was changed 4 times. Finally got an appointment to see the nurse practitioner Sheila and as soon as she walked in the room she never greeted me, immediately began telling me that my sleep meds were the least of my problems. Very rude and confrontational from the moment she walked in the room. Providers like this are the exact reason people who need help don’t reach out for it. Would not recommend

The doctor will tell you to grow up instead of listening when asking about counseling and wanting to get off medication. Real mature and professional Sheila.

The doctors are above what
you would expect. They show
that they care and go out of
their way to help you in any
way possible. Medically they
are beyond belief.
On the other hand, there
seems to be a SEVER case of
nurses NOT calling in
prescriptions like they are
required to do depending on
what it is.
More than three times in the
past month, each time that I
went to pick up my
prescription, low and behold
they were never called in
I am now at the point of
finding a new PCP in order for
business to be taken care of
properly.
As I said, you can not have
better caring doctors, but this
must come to a stop!!!

I'm very conflicted because I want to love Boston Mountain because they seem to care, but after moving away to college I started going to a different care provider, and they were lack luster and out of the blue got a call from Boston Mountain. While on the phone I was urged to make an appointment because I had a recent er visit. It felt like someone was watching out for me. But now after driving an hour plus just to reschedule feels just soooooooooo stupid and a waste of my time. This has nothing to do with the doctors or nurses and could possibly happen at many offices but nonetheless it put a bad taste in my mouth.
