Just an overall terrible experience. I gave a second try despite my first experience. But my second experience was even worse.

There was no dental assistant which slowed down the doctor's process, eventually the temporary assistant showed up over a half hour into my appointment but the doctor was unable in the last 20 minutes to complete and get the work completed, and instead says to me "There is a time you just need to throw the towel in", I can't get this done. I am not sure if during the first 40 minutes she had had an assistant we could have had a different result.

The whole experience was so frustrating, I ended up driving straight to my dentist's office to determine next steps and what to do from here. My mouth was bleeding, the gum left wide open, etc. My dentist ordered antibiotics for me once he saw the gum's condition, and gave me a course of action. He was wonderful! (Mike Isrealson).

The front office staff I should comment were very good.

Dr. Pitz & team are awesome … professional, gentle, personable & fun! Dr. Pitz replaced a filling on my front tooth & it’s absolutely perfect. She’s a true artist & now I can actually smile with confidence again! Thank all of you so much for the great experience and making my smile look great! 😁

So I don’t know how to express how INCREDIBLE this team is. They literally changed my life!! From the front desk team being professional and fun to being understanding and sensitive to my restorative dental procedures. Dr Pitz has a real eye for each measurement of every replacment, to all the depths and sizing that happens in replacing smiles. Her precision and accuracy gave my the best smile of my life!!! I am so GRATEFUL to her and her team for helping along from beginning with proper hygiene to proper fitting. I have the best dental team ever🫶🏻

I think the stuff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Jenny and her colleagues are very nice. Dr Ahmed was very comprehending & empathetic but also flexible & helpful concerning my situation. He took away my pain and made it possible for me to be able to eat and live without suffering again.

According to my opinion he is one of the good guys which is rare among the high earners. I appreciate that very much.

Dr. Pitz is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about her work and a caring prosthodontist. Her work is an art. I am thrilled to tears at how she was able to beautifully restore my old-school porcelain veneers as they were chipping rapidly. She gave me really relevant advice about how and when to consider a full bridge replacement so that I don’t have to pay for it twice. Her calming demeanor put me at ease in spite of a lot of dental trauma in the past. I wish I could give more stars.
