I love this office! From the reception to my amazing Hygienist Shelly, I always have a great experience! The most friendly and kind staff around. I know a lot of people fear the dentist but I always look forward to my time at their office! Dr. Bourland is fantastic and I’ve been a patient of his for years and will continue to be.

Customer service people were nice. Dental assistant was nice. Doctor was cool. Not complaining about price. My big issue is time. Did my x rays, then just sat in a chair waiting for doctor for about 45 minutes. I call today to reschedule my wife’s appointment with a front desk person, wait 30 minutes on hold. I call back and they immediately take care of it not knowing I was on hold so I just canceled appointments instead. I get it something could happen but I feel they didn’t value my time at all.

I love the prompt, friendly service that you get at Bourland-Soben and Partners. Wendy always does a great job with my dental cleanings, and the doctors take the time needed to answer your questions. Great office and staff!!

Great Dentist, excellent service! Absolutely love the dental assistant or tech… I enjoy going just to see Shelly.
I still don’t like shots or the sound of the scrapper-that’s likely to Never change, lol.

We waited a little bit but it was no problem. DR . Borland and his staff have always treated us with respect and decently They do not make Justin feel like he is stupid they talk to him , explain everything to him .they treat him just like they trear others I have observed. I truly appreciate that. So Thanks. God Bless you. Also he get honest diagnosis.

I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I love Dr. Bourland and his staff. Dr. Bourland is an excellent dentist, and he has a wonderful personality too! I always have my questions answered in a clear manner, and have all the options explained fully. I'm more than happy to recommend him to anyone needing dental care!

I had a crown fall out. The office had an immediate opening for me. I had not seen Dr Bourland in 20 years but he was as kind and professional as I had previously experienced. He and his staff took care of my problem that day. And as I had remembered with a caring and gentle attitude. Thank you.
