I recently visited Braces4you
and had a fantastic experience! The office was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism, ensuring that I felt at ease throughout my appointment.

The dental care I received was top-notch; they took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the personalized care they provided.

The only downside is that I wish they had more availability for appointments. It can be a bit challenging to find a time that works, but the quality of service makes it worth the effort. Overall, I highly recommend Braces4you for anyone looking for great dental care!

AVOID TAKING YOU OR A FAMILY MEMEBER TO THESE LIARS!!!
NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY AND CHARGE ME FOR TREATMENT THAT WAS COVERED, GUY( ORTHODONTIST)IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS HE TOLD ME HE ONLY MAKES .50 ON EVERY DOLLAR MY INSURANCE PAYS. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT IS A JOKE AND JUST AS RUDE AS GUY. THEY OVERBOOK,LOBBY IS SO SMALL THEY ASK YOU TO COME ALONE OR SIT IN THE CAR. RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF GOOD ORTHODONTIST CARE: AVOID BRACES FOR YOU!!!

unfortunately the staff lied and said I stormed out the room during the explanation of treatment . This is so far from the truth and is just another way for them to try and make themselves look better . The disrespect is so far from what I ever expected from them and after 3 years, I wonder what else they over charged me for because I never called my dental insurance to double check . This time I did and the procedure was covered that they gave me a bill for, and that is when the unprofessional behavior began . PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO RESEARCH GOOD AND REPUTABLE ORTHODONTIST.

When I say this office was fast and efficient I mean it. So helpful and the entire staff including The doctor himself was very helpful and compassionate towards his patients. I highly recommend.

At first customer service was very unfriendly, unpleasant... I had very many traumatic incidents happen after the first year of my sessions which was going good however, after losing first my stepson and being late , but paying and missing appointments I was treated very rude ..I get it. It's not the offices problem but there was no pleasantly whatsoever and it was made known. Then after trying to get back on track I lost my mother and brother back to back.. and had to deal with additional traumatic issues including grief....it wasn't until after all those incidents and finding out I had medical issues to deal with that the office attempted to work with me.. I don't think I'd recommend anyone to Braces for you unfortunately... But I am grateful for the attempt to work with me to get my braces off before I start treatments...Although I understand I am responsible and accountable for my payments and bill..I assure you they wouldn't go unpaid late yes but I will or would work out my financial responsibility..I do care about my credit, your work as its not free. I do my best to keep my financial responsibilities...thank you. BTW they did wipe out a big chunk to take my braces off without my retainer I get it due to my medical issues I might have to waitvon that anyway if I
could... The Dr is very rude and unfriendly as well. Maybe it's age or years of work however. I never was treated friendly or welcoming from him from day 1.

My son was referred here in 2021. I was told the teeth whitening would be included with $6,000 I was quoted with! They let me know today that since the paperwork on there end didn’t say it was included that they would include it $250 today! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at dentist office!
