I recently visited Dr. Jarred Hanley, D.M.D., at Bradshaw Family Dental in Prescott Valley, my experience was phenomenal. I have a huge fear of dentists and needles, but Dr. Hanley's professionalism and welcoming demeanor completely put me at ease. From the moment I met him, my anxiety disappeared. He took the time to speak with me and address my concerns, making me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr Hanley is so caring and compassionate. His staff is friendly and supportive too! If I could give 1000 stars I would.

I am now getting all my dental work done at Bradshaw Family Dental, and I highly recommend them to anyone with any type of anxiety or fear of dentists and needles. This is definitely the place to go!

The most un-family friendly FAMILY dentist I’ve ever been in. Brought my 11 year old for a new patient exam, a cleaning and ortho referral yesterday with 2 much younger siblings in tow. When I made this appointment I made it very clear that I would have all 3 of my children as my husband is deployed and we homeschool. I was assured this happened all the time and would not be an issue. When they called my daughter back the dental assistant was NASTY. Blocked the door and said “I’m taking her for a pano, there’s no room back there for all of you.” I said “you’re taking her for a what?” To which she responded “a PANO….. X-RAYS!” I told her that she did not need X-rays as she had just had them in October. To which she responded “if you’re not going to get X-rays the hygienist and dentist won’t see you.” I said, ok, I guess we can do the X-rays, but when you’re done we will be able to go back with her right? She snapped at me and said NO. And then I said then we won’t be going back, thanks. She then said “I guess I can talk to the hygienists.”after waiting for 10 min and her not coming back out I let the front desk know we would see someone else. No way I’m sending my ELEVEN year old back with a dentist, hygienist and nasty assistant I’ve never met BY HERSELF!

Laughing at the bad review, who was baffled that they wouldn't let her, and her THREE kids back at the chair for only one needing work done. Hire a babysitter for an hour How hard is that Like you can't be for real lady!?

I have been so happy with the service provided by Bradshaw Family Dental! They have immediately gotten me in when I have had two separate emergency issues and been very friendly and helpful!
I just had my 6 month cleaning with Mercedes and she was awesome! Very friendly, pleasant, professional and efficient!
Very happy I chose them when we recently moved to Prescott Valley!

I’ve paid a bill, and yet, somehow, it's being sent to collections. For two years, I’ve called their billing department and always get a promise of a “callback”. I have proof of payment and yet keep being told I will get a call back from reception. They have good reviews, but it seems they have issues with their billing system.

This is a very professional office. I've had two great cleanings done by an excellent dental hygienist. She is very thorough (sorry but her name escapes me). If you don't care for the dentist assigned for your first visit, you can request a different dentist the next time you come in. They are very accommodating.

The dental work here is great and so is the staff. I have come here multiple times now and will come back to get important work done. However there is a caveat and a reason I cannot give 5 stars.

My complaint is time management. My most recent appointment I arrived at 2:25 for an appointment at 2:30. I was in a room about 30 minutes later. That's fine and I was okay with this if not mildly annoyed however, I was then left by myself after sitting in that room for 25 minutes after I spoke to an assistant briefly who told me the Dr would be in shortly.
I get that there are delays in any medical field, but 55 minutes with near 0 communication is just not acceptable and is something you guys should work on in the future.

That being said, if my appointment was more important I likely would have stayed as I said previously, the dental work and the people that work here are amazing and despite my poor outing, I would recommend them. Just make sure you clear your calendar.

They were respectful of my time, and I was taken right in at my appointment time. I had a fractured filling replaced by Dr Hemley and I think, Jasmine. They both made the experience pleasant and with as little discomfort as possible. Jasmine was great at explaining things she was doing before and after the procedure. When Dr found out my interest is horses, he and his assistant talked about horses while doing my procedure. It was interesting listening to their conversation and made the time go by quickly. My new filling was contoured well and is functioning as it should.
I highly recommend Bradshaw Family Dental.
