Horrible do not go there they don't care about their patients.. when I was prescribed the medication and I transferred to a new doctor they refused to fax over a report saying what my medication was so my doctor can continue prescribing it to me.. thank God it wasn't a serious medication because if it was other prescribed meds it could send someone into withdrawal and they don't care . Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere where they actually care about their patients

You’re better off going to hell for counseling, than coming to CREST. I used to work here, and it’s a shame how the business is run here at CREST. No, empathy for the clients. The director of this facility is not easy to speak to either. She always has an attitude, and blinks repeatedly when she's mad, annoyed, or frustrated. Favoritism occurs a lot here, and I'm starting to feel like it's also racist here as well. Even though this is crisis, we’re still working with human beings, who have feelings. The companies I currently work for genuinely care about the clients, and provide excellent service. I never write a review, unless it’s necessary. You’re better off seeking services somewhere else. Look at all of the reviews before coming here as a client, or trying to work here. Management here is awful as well. A lot of favoritism as I stated before.

They offer help to those that want and need a support system. It can not be an easy job to do every day, yet everyone there is understanding and kind.

I really wanted to use their services but immediately was disappointed by the second appointment with them. Mental health services that people can easily access is really important otherwise they just won’t seek help. I showed up early for my appointment so I expected to wait a little bit but I don’t think a half hour wait for a scheduled appointment is professional. That’s all I needed to know about how they work with people. So it’s back to not seeking help because it’s just more stressful and a waste of your time more than anything else.

If you want actual help from a psychiatrist do not see the woman they call "katie". I should have known when a Dr was referred too as her childhood name to run the other way. This woman is a joke and shouldn't have any credentials. If they try to book you with her- bc she's so low on clients they try to send everyone to her- RUN don't walk the other way. Ask for a different provider. She shouldn't be referred to as a doctor she is a total whack, I never should have wasted my time with this joke of a "dr". Lol

The staff is nice, but the doctor, at least the one I saw, Dr. R is extremely rude for a doctor who is supposed to be helping people with their mental health. I recently lost my fiancé I don't need a doctor to scold me for not knowing the brand name of an antidepressant after already telling her that I don't like taking antidepressants as it is. I didn't realize she prescribed me an antidepressant I was on in the past and didn't react well to, and she told me not to come back saying I've already taken the next medication she prescribed. EXTREMELY RUDE!

My therapist dumped me via text after 4 years ... my appointments had become spotty as my therapist, i will refer to her as Laural Plarke because it would be indescreet to do otherwise, was cancelling an hour before in some cases. I think its wonderful to be offered a new and better job, its a good thing. Its a bad thing to think its ok to dismiss prior obligations to patients ... is it criminal? ... no, its just sleazy and irresponsible and at odds with being a good human ... what do you really expect from a company with a worse google rating than the IRS?

I should have read through these reviews before coming to CREST with my crisis because all they did was make my life harder and leave me with not enough antidepressants to last me until my appointment with my next prescriber. Who does that? When I reached out to them that I had only 3 days left, they basically said "oh well" because they discharged me for apparently not picking up calls from their case workers. I have proof I picked up calls. What do they expect around Christmas time? Any availability in my busy life I told them, nobody was available and I wouldn't get a call back. Now they use that as a crutch to not bridge meds. So you give a little bit and push people out to suffer. People with kids and a job they have to be there for. My reasoning for coming to CREST was that I felt too overwhelmed with my life. Now I have to find time to sit in an urgent care (who doesn't take my insurance). I suggest everyone report these people to dept of Health as well as anywhere that applies. Look at their track record!
