Great experience, at first I was scared but everyone who was part of the services I needed made me feel better and relieved my anxiety. Everything was explained in detail. Great staff, front desk, and Dr. Carolina. The x-ray tech was patient and described each step in detail. The dental assistant was also very helpful. Front desk receptionist very helpful. Lupe explained all my costs in detail and also offered financing. The office is organized, clean, and welcoming. Insurances are accepted, call to ask. I would recommend this office.

Waiting time is long, I wasn't allowed to go in with my 12 year old daughter but with my 17 year old I was....

Horrible waiting time appointment 9:30 arrive at 9:25
Assistant took my 12 year old daughter in for X-rays I ask to go with her she said "No just doing X-rays" once my second daughter was called 20 minutes later, I went inside the dentist had already explain to my 12 year daughter what they where going to do ...

I brought my 10 year old daughter in for a cleaning and Dr Carolina and Sylvia did a wonderful job. They made my get feel at ease. They both were super friendly and very thorough. The experience was great!

I have to say this was the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment I entered the office, the staff was kind,welcoming and professional. I scheduled a check up and cleaning for the first time at this location due to changing my insurance. I've always had bad experiences at dental offices due to long wait times, unprofessional staff, and always feeling like they are trying to take advantage of you and take your money. I did not experience that at all at Bright Now Dental. I was seen quickly, the dental assistants were nice and careful when taking x-rays. Dr. Carolina was amazing! Very great "bed side" manners. She was so knowledgeable and took her time to explain what she observed during her observations of my teeth, gums, and xrays. I had a great experience! I would highly recommend this place!

This is LITERALLY the best dentist I have ever been to. From the girls ate the front desk (shout out to Lupe and Ashley!) to the dentist and her techs, my experiences has always been painless and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone, who like me, hasn't had the greatest experiences with the dentist.

Everyone is very nice, I'm usually not a fan of the dentist at all, I get really bad anxiety. But I did ok, I need a lot of work done and I feel like this is going to be the place where I stop procrastinating and actually get it done.
The only negative thing is that when I went to my first appointment they told me what needled to be done on this appointment and gave me a price, I was ok with the cost. When I got there for the work I was told it was going to be more than 4x what I was quoted. They honored the original quote, but only did work on one of the two teeth I was there for and said that the second one would be at the higher cost. So, not a fan of that. But overall, I would still recommend this office, especially if you have a fear of the dentist. Everyone from the front desk, xray tech and the Dr are very nice and will put you at ease.

Thieves!! Thieves!!! Please be careful!! So what they do is; you come in for service, they tell you that your insurance will pay either everything or part of the bill and you will have to pay the balance of the bill, and that is ok. All good so far!! Then months later, you get another bill, where they tell you that your insurance DID NOT pay everything as agreed, therefore you're liable for the debt and need to pay another balance ASAP. If you don't pay!!! Here come ALL the harrasing phone calls!!! Every day and nights!!! Even early Saturdays and late Sundays!!! Continously!!! I dont understand, Once you have paid and agreed on an amount at the time of service, why should you pay more later? They reach out to your insurance before they provide service for verification, so how can this happen? It's ALL part of their SCAM!!!! Please be careful!!

Everyone was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. my only disappointment was I needed to get another procedure at another location, I'm not used to that but I trust them. I will be back and I will recommend them
