Super happy that I found Bright Smiles! I’ve had quite a few services this year from routine cleanings, fillings and a crown replacement.
The front desk staff are always so friendly and the doctors are great here. So caring and compassionate! I usually dread going to the dentist but not here. Facility is also super clean and organized and their scheduling process is awesome- I am never in the waiting room long. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience here! From the moment Kat answered the phone, my questions and concerns were handled with kindness and compassion. She worked me in the SAME DAY even though I was a new patient. The entire staff was very understanding about the challenges I was having and offered solutions. They weren’t pushy or judgmental at all and worked with me to come up with a plan that would address my biggest concerns first and Kat even offered some suggestions and resources that could help me save money. I even got a chance to meet the oral surgeon that will be doing my extractions and he was extremely thorough. Dr. Blackmon answered all of my questions compassionately and understood that because I need extensive work, I’d have to break up the procedures to make it work for me financially. She did not try to force me into getting a bunch of minor work done before the procedure that I felt was most urgent, which has been my experience elsewhere. I can’t say thank you enough to the entire staff.

While waiting for my husband's dental procedure I was very impressed by Kat's customer service skills. An older woman came in and had not filled out her info in the patient portal. Kat sat with her and filled out all the necessary info. She was kind and patient and it was heartwarming to witness the interaction.

In one word: FANTASTIC! All of the staff are professional and very friendly and courteous. The hygienist, Sondra, is the best one I've ever had. She explained everything that she was going to do and every step of the way. Dr Robin Blackman is great; answered all of my questions that I had about my teeth issues and took extra time with me. The office is extremely clean and well kept. I recommend them highly!

I love Bright Smiles and think their front desk girls are the nicest people. My kids loved their fish tank in the waiting room. They make you feel like a friend and also like they genuinely love their jobs and the people that come to Bright Smiles. The Doctor is great and my hygienist, Tammy, went up and beyond to ensure my teeth were throughly cleaned and gave me some recommendations to improve oral health. Totally recommend!
