My son started at Brio for phase 1 of his work in elementary school, and he came back in middle school to finish his phase 2. During phase 2 the practice was taken over by Dr. Chung. The previous doctor was great BUT Dr. Chung had the best bed side manners with patients and parents.

Phase 2 took 3 years to complete instead of the 1.5 year (all of middle school to first semester of freshman year in high school).
We pre-paid for the 1.5 years it would take do phase 2. During the process, Dr. Chung recommended removing his wisdom teeth to make room from braces and straightening one tooth that was growing side ways. Dr. Chung could have charged us more or told us that we were done (or it is good enough). Instead he was very adamant making sure he did it properly so we would be happy with the quality of the work. Additionally, he honored what we paid and didn't charge us more.

I appreciated that after each visit he comes out to talk to the parents to inform us of the progress, and always with a smile. The front office ladies are also so friendly and helpful.

After 3 years, we are finally done today!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Chung to anyone especially kids who needs braces.

I came in as an older patient (- 50's) with a very difficult case. My alignment was very bad that developed over a long period of time. I especially had a severe crowding and a very high protuding upper canine tooth that made me shy from smiling in pictures. Because of my age, I wanted to have invisalign so as to not be as visible. I researched several orthodontist offices and many of the doctors said my case was too difficult for Invisalign and would not even consider doing it. I chose Brio because they listened to my needs and carefully planned out a course for best results.

I started my treatment plan with Dr. Kim but then Dr. Chung took over the practice. I found out Dr. Chung is one of very few orthodontist that actually has a higher degree of certification than other doctors in the area. Meeting Dr. Chung, he was very warm and made you feel at ease. He explained things with great detail in a way that was easy to understand. More than half way through my treatment, Dr. Chung felt that things were not progressing as well as what was planned by previous doctor. He decided to make me a whole new set of Invisalign and developed a new plan to get even better results. Brio Orthodontists has very skilled technicians and a front staff that is so friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Chung and Brio Orthodontists and now I am happy to smile for pictures !

The nicest staff, and Dr. Chung is the best. Took my mom here with me as well, and our teeth are looking on their way to being their best selves under his supervision. I went to BRIO Orthodontics and saw Dr. Chung and I was very impressed with the patient care and the office and the staff are always welcoming and competent.

Dr.Chung is very personable and he takes the time to really get to know the patients and address their needs. I really feel that he cares about your dental and overall health. As for the actual check ups, visit are very comfortable and efficient. This office goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
