I don’t even know where to start with my review. I’m emotional just starting to write this. From the moment I first spoke to Lindsey when she answered the phone back in May of 2024, the staff and Drs of Brightly changed my life. Yes that sounds cliche’ but it is true.
I grew up with an intense fear of dentists. No one likes the dentist. I get that. I had a traumatic experience when I was about 8 years old and that always made me have to be forced to go to the dentist as a child and as an adult be reactive vs proactive in my dental care. This eventually took its toll on my dental health. Because of this, I was very self conscious and it affected how I would speak to people (hand in front of mouth a lot of the time etc.).
When I went in for my consult, I was convinced that I would need to have the screw in prosthetic arches done. Dr. Nina looked at the bone scan and sat down with me and said no way. She said my bone density was good and she would not do that to me. She said that my teeth were not in that bad of shape. They just needed restorative procedures done.
She then brought in her counterpart, Dr Mike. They came up with a plan. It was not an easy plan. It was aggressive. It was a lot of work. But I did it. Better yet…WE DID IT! Two appointments/surgeries…the major one and temps were put in June and then in July (the easier one) when all of the permanent crowns and bridges were done. Couple adjustment appointments and I have the smile of my dreams. Customized exactly how I wanted it.
Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. They understand that people are scared. They have empathy. They have compassion. They go the extra mile. I cannot stop raving about them. I now have zero hesitation getting out of the car and going into the dentist office. I actually look forward to seeing all of them!
Before I hit submit on this, I have to send special thanks and praise to Anne. Anne is the Wonder Woman of the office. She works with several of the Brightly offices in the US. Anne was there for my first appointment. She sat with me the whole time. She gave me her number for any questions. We would text. She would ease my mind when I was scared. She arranged her schedule so she was there for my procedure. She sat with me while they sedated me. She was there when my son picked me up and gave him his marching orders on how to take care of me. Anne is just plain and simply a superstar. You are a gem!
Thank you to Dr Mike, Dr Nina, Anne, Lindsey, and the guys ( I know I would spell their names wrong but Anne will pass it along). You all brought my smile back and I haven’t stopped since July 12th when the permanent teeth went in. You all changed my life.
