Always have great service here. From the moment I step in the ladies at the front are always sweet and welcoming. Dora has helped me in the past come up with payment plans on whatever work I need done. My hygienist, Francisco takes his time and really goes in depth every time I go in for cleanings. Highly recommend this place!

Everyone is so friendly that I look forward to all my next and future appointments! Dr Hanna and his staff have always provided good service. The hygienist that did the cleaning seemed to rush through the entire cleaning. There were times I felt as if I was being water boarded during the cleaning. I know it is hard to get good hygienists to stay around. Hopefully Dr Hanna can work through this issue. I’ve been happy with my care at Broadway Smiles for the past 5 years, hopefully that doesn’t change.

Had a bridge removed (9/10/24) because of a bad supporting tooth. They made me a temporary upper flipper to fill in the missing teeth (3). It was laying on the table and they just told me "There is is, put it in your self". It did not fit right a no one checked with me to be sure it was fitting correctly in which it was not. I haven't been able to wear it and have to make another appointment to do what should've been done at the time of the extraction................Just got back from seeing Dr Hanna (9/13/24 - 11:45 am). He was very apologetic on what had happened by a 3rd party that did the work on me. He stated the should've never happened that way. 3rd party never told him they were done with me as they should have done. I now give Broadway Smiles 5 * Stars for this straighting this situation out.

I sought Invisalign treatment at this office. My dental insurance covered a portion of the cost, and I paid the remaining amount out of pocket. However, my dental insurance overpaid based on their claim, and this office refuses to reimburse either me or my insurance for the overpayment. I was in treatment for nearly two years. During the last six months, despite needing final adjustments, they kept taking scans without making any actual changes to my teeth. After moving out of state, I had to complete my treatment at a new office. Within three months at the new office, I successfully completed my treatment, highlighting the incompetence of the Broadway Smiles office.

I DO NOT recommend this dental office for any treatment. They are incompetent and lack accountability.

probably the most annoying dentistry in the city. Made an appointment, which I confirmed and they WONT stop calling to remind. Like I’ve gotten so many calls and emails from this place, confirming. Then a day before they call AGAIN to tell me insurance won’t cover when I booked through insurance? Why not tell me sooner in one of the other ten calls you gave me?

The whole team was incredible. From check in through the whole visit, the team acted with compassion. I was given the prices and a thorough explanation of the procedures prior to them being performed. I appreciate the care I was given by the entire staff.

I would not recommend this place. While they have high tech, their customer service and care is lacking. Very arrogant and they don’t listen. I questioned the hygienist about a service on my last visit and they got defensive and were extra harsh on my mouth. I have never had a cleaning hurt so much before. It definitely felt like they were taking it out on me.
