From the time I arrived and the girl at the front desk said “welcome”, everyone involved was kind-from the dentil assistant “Emily” to Dr.Nate Porter. I don’t expect to have a wisdom tooth extracted but everything was explained well.. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!

I suggest not using Brown Road Dental for any bonding teeth work. I had teeth bonded in 1985 by a different dentist no longer practicing. Dr Porter “replaced” my bonding due to its “age” several years ago. Since he bonded my teeth, they have chipped, and fractured on the entire front surfaces, requiring repairs on a frequent basis, He has recommended veneers since he took over the practice, which are not covered by insurance, which I have declined. Today he “dismissed” me from the practice stating he would not repair the damaged bonding on my front tooth which chipped Tuesday and more bonding sheared off above the chip yesterday. He had completely replaced the bonding on that tooth on May 14th, not even 60 days ago. Bonding historically is good for 5 years. Dr Porter confirmed that this morning. He was angry, speaking loudly and using an aggressive tone, which is unprofessional.
