Being a new patient it was important to me that I was comfortable with choosing an excellent dental care facility that understood my needs… I found that place in Bryant Family Dentistry. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; the first person to help me was Addie…so kind and she made me feel at ease…. Nicole cleaned my teeth with proficiency and she had such a gentleness about her that made me very trusting of your overall dental care. Five star care!

I was recommended this company and when I had my first appointment I was told that I would need to come back for an hour appointment. Well I scheduled the appointment it got cancelled and one of the ladies at the front told me she would call me back. She never called 2 months went by so I call and whoever I spoke with today got upset and defensive saying well it wasn’t me. Mind you never said it was this young lady I said someone. They dropped the ball with new patient and didn’t follow up. Fair warning that you may not hear back from anyone.

Called and said I needed an appt for a cleaning and a broken tooth. Arrived day off appt and told them the same thing. Dental assistant took X-rays, dentist came in and said 'close' and walked out. Assistant came back have me paperwork for cost of extraction and root canal. They did not accept my insurance, which I was never notified about, and did not do a cleaning. I paid $95 for the doc to say 'close' and give me paperwork. No explanation of treatment options either. Felt like cattle being shuffled through. Terrible experience.

Dr. Jacob Pinkerton and his staff at Bryant Family Dentistry planned and carried out well their plans to help my family member receive their first set of bottom dentures. Just came for a regular clean every 6 months but I was charged for almost $250. Dont you think thats too much for a regular clean? I am about to cancel my next appointment and look for other dental clinic. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this office despite favorable Google Reviews. They are completely incompetent at processing active-duty military members through United Concordia Dental. The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and had terrible customer service skills. She made it seem like it was my fault that they couldn't figure out the insurance coverage. I would not recommend this office to any military members. They should not be in network with TRICARE. Avoid this place if you want competent and respectful service.
