I went the BTY location on Dimond due to a cracked molar; Not only was I able to do a walkin service but I also had the whole procedure taking care of in a day. Dr. Song was amazing in keeping me informed every step of the way but he Christian and Joshua were extremely patient as well as gentle with me through the process. This was theost seamless procedure I've had done. Mary was also very helpful at the front desk with helping me start the process on their payment plan, which turned out to be great as well. Now I can go into my Thanksgiving without being stressed about my tooth or my wallet. I highly recommend BTY dental

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a child, im 21 now and I still go to this place because despite being absolutely terrified of the dentist, this place brings me comfort. Definitely come here , I recommend this place 10/10!!! Dr. Latour is amazing, he helped me take my wisdom teeth out and his assistant George is very kind and will soothe you out of being terrified of what’s to come :D

This was I think my 2nd or 3rd visit at this location. I've always felt comfortable there. So easy to make a fast appointment. My team of Dr. Choi and Christian were very nice and thorough. 10/10 will get my teeth cleaned here again. The office aesthetic is crisp, and the pastel green walls are a nice soothing color. For my taste though, it would be nice to have a picture or poster on the wall of the client cubicles. Something to look at while we wait. Local AK art, perhaps.

My husband is enrolled in Project Access for his dental care. He has dental trauma and serious anxiety around dental visits. Last night, he went into BTY on Dimond and was treated terribly. They poked around in his mouth and gums and didn’t stop when he asked. He finally told them he needed numbing stuff and they gave him EIGHTEEN SHOTS in the gums. When he finally told them he was done and couldn’t do anymore, they told him he couldn’t come back. They made him feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I do NOT recommend this place at all. People shouldn’t be treated differently because they’re using Project Access. Do better.

Dr. Hyung is very professional and he explained everything very well. I've been coming here for few years. It is very convenient to get appointment and staffs are very kind. I highly recommend this location.

Dr. Chen and her staff were so awesome and patient. I have a difficult mouth structure a.d everyone was great!! Highly recommend!!
