Buck and Phillips Oral Surgery

Used Buck and Phillips in January 2024 for my wisdom tooth removal. I had an impacted wisdom tooth which had become infected. They were prompt and got me on the schedule immediately. I drove from Montgomery as the waiting list here was too long for me to wait as I was in severe pain. They did an excellent job with minimal pain. I would recommend to anyone needing oral surgery.

I've read the reviews on here before I attended my appointment. Some reviews were good. Some were disappointing. But I'm going to tell you what wasn't. My actual visit . I went in for an emergency extraction today after I was given the appointment a day prior, and I didn't just have money laying around, so I was given two payment plan options on the spot . After pay and care credit. I was not successful on either of them, but everyone was so patient with me . They finally got in touch with my insurance company which I was really depending on because I could not go through with the other options, and after a hour of waiting , they took my payment then immediately went in to surgery shortly after . When I say that, Mr. Phillips was great , he and staff talked me through the anesthesia and really made sure I didn't feel a thing and was very comfortable . Once I left, I picked up my pain prescription, and now I'm currently at work. Go see for yourself ! Especially if it's an emergency. There is no place better . I bet my top dollar you won't find a place better . Thank you, everyone!!

Super friendly staff that seemed to know many folks in the waiting room, and joked around with them. Dr Billy Buck was low key and friendly and desired that I become as knowledgeable about the coming procedure and post-op as possible. Really appreciate that. Absolutely no pain throughout the procedure and post-op so far.

I will never go anywhere else. I got a molar extracted here after having a horrible experience with a different oral surgeon just two days prior to seeing Dr. Phillips and the entire staff took their time to help me feel less anxious and explaining every step of the process. They were all so kind and I would recommend everyone go there if they need oral surgery.

Dr. Bill Buck is an excellent oral surgeon. He and his staff are very friendly and explained everything about my procedure in advance. They put me at ease, or at least at ease as much as you can be considering the circumstances. I really appreciated the note that Dr. Buck shared in my post operative package. I shared his strong Christian faith and his love for the Lord and friends. There’s more to life than just pulling teeth. ✝️

I went here to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Buck, and me choosing this place was the best decision I made. Everything was explained to me to my understanding and the staff are so wonderful there. I love it!!! I'll definitely recommend anyone to go there to get treated ?

Sales pitch used was fear and suffering. Buck didn't even look in my mouth! Promises of opioid drugs, anesthesia and steroids!! Definitely not necessary. Very risky. Walked away and never looked back Got dental implants elsewhere.
