I've heard of Buderer Drug Co in the past but never had any personal business with them. With the compound pharmacy in Fremont closed these guys became the go-to for compounded medications.

I got an automated call telling me that my prescription was ready and was a short drive away. There's construction on Monroe Street in Sandusky so alternate routes may be necessary.

The pharmacist answered all of my questions and chatted with me briefly about some products they have for sale. They have Pure Encapsulations, NOW Supplements, their own label supplements, and much more.

A Lifesaver During a Difficult Time

A few months ago, our son was sick, and we found ourselves in a tough spot needing a specific medication. Our son's pediatric office, as well as my wife and I, reached out to multiple pharmacies in search of the medication, but no one could help us in time—until we contacted Buderer Drug Co.

Not only did they manage to find the medicine we desperately needed, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was in our hands as quickly as possible. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, easing our stress during an already challenging time.

A huge thank you to everyone at Buderer Drug Co. and Dr. Bumagina's office for their dedication to our son's health. Thanks to them, our son's health is back on track, and we are beyond grateful for the care and support they provided.

I had the exact opposite experience than the review by Renae Harris. I had been a customer for many years. I phoned for a refill early Monday morning and explained that I needed it by Wednesday at closing time 6 pm) as we were leaving for our “second honeymoon”. They said Wednesday morning that it would be done, but when I called about 5pm they said one of the ingredients hadn’t come until 4pm and they didnt have time to fill it. Now I’m a retired dentist and I had office hours too, but in a situation where one of my long-time patients needed something badly, you can be sure I was there to help!! So after we had left on our trip, the Buderer “rep” called. I was perturbed to say the least and was not pleasant. I was told their “policy” is 3-5 days. I’m sorry, but I don’t care WHAT their POLICY is, as stated before, I’d have gone hoops to help someone out in a tough situation. I can’t imagine it takes very long to mix three ingredients. So over something that could have been take care of so easily, they’ve now lost a customer and generated this terrible review. I guess this is MY policy when I get service this disappointing.

I had been at the e.r. over the weekend and needed a script compounded. Unfortunately they were closed till Monday. BUT Monday came and they was able to fill my script in a fast speedy order. I was so relieved that I didn't have to wait another 3-5 days from what I was originally told. Thank you so much!!

It had been a long day and our doctor called in a Rx that had to be hand made. I worked for Miller Drug as a kid and even then the quality of this company's work was above the bar. Nothing has changed. They had the special medication my son needed in two hours.

Since they are an hour away from me, I only have spoken with them on the phone. They have always been polite, respectful, and kind. Refills are easy and the order arrives by mail within a few days.
