I was referred to Dr. Butura by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal, and overall, I had a positive experience with the procedure itself.

Dr. Butura was professional and thorough during our consultation. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The surgery was quick and efficient, and the post-op instructions were detailed and easy to follow, making my recovery smooth. In fact, I was able to go to work the very next day with no issues, which speaks to the quality of care provided.

Adut, one of the surgical assistants, stood out to me as friendly, articulate, and attentive during both the consultation and follow-up. Ruth, who I interacted with after my visits, was also consistently warm and welcoming, making the experience more pleasant.

Unfortunately, I did encounter some issues with the front desk staff. Marie, the receptionist, came across as cold, dismissive, and unapproachable. My mom, who accompanied me to one of my visits, also noticed this and felt that Marie was rude. As the first point of contact for patients, this was disappointing and didn’t reflect the overall quality of care I received from Dr. Butura and his team.

Despite this concern, I would recommend Dr. Butura to friends and family because of the excellent results and overall care I received for the surgery and recovery.

THE BEST OF THE BEST. I couldn't wait to write a review for this doctor and his staff after I got a tooth extraction+bone graft for my infected failed root canal. I was extremely nervous since I've never been sedated before via IV, but the dental assistance reassured me everything would be okay, honestly give her and the billing lady a raise because they have been extremely helpful and kind! Dr Butura has to be the best oral surgeon, cause the way i felt NO PAIN after my procedure! Obviously it's only day 2, but I'm shocked that the swelling is very low and everything has been a breeze. Sorry for the long review, but 10/10 from me!

My experience with Dr. Caesar Butura and his entire staff was wonderful.

At my pre-surgery consult, Dr. Butura’s super friendly dental assistant helped me understand what to expect during the consult and the surgery. Dr. Butura then came in, examined me, told me in detail what to expect during and after my procedure, and completely put me at ease. He was very professional, very friendly and calming.

Of particular note, before I left the initial consult, Dr. Butura gave me two prescriptions, an antibiotic and painkiller, so I would have them in hand immediately after the extraction was done. With past oral surgeries, I was given prescriptions after the procedure and had to get them filled while in a very painful state.

Days later during the extraction procedure, both Dr. Butura and his dental assistant continually explained what was happening and continually checked on my comfort.

The extraction went smoothly and my recovery was much quicker than I had anticipated. Incredibly, I did not need all the pain pills as the pain subsided within a couple of days.

I highly recommend Dr. Butura and his wonderful staff!!

Initially I was referred to this office from North Central Family Dentistry to have one wisdom tooth removed. I had fearfully known that from sometime that this was over due and needed to be removed. Upon initial consultation with Dr. Butura it was suggested that I remove all four to prevent future issues down the road.

From the initial consultation, to surgery day, and post surgery follow up, Dr. Caesar Butura and Staff have been wonderful to say the least. Any and all previous fears I had about going through this process had been removed by his staff's kindness & care, detailed information provided before & post surgery, and follow up(s). I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing everyone is here. I absolutely love Dr. Butura and his staff because of how wonderful they are and great at what they do. I’ve been here several times and I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else for dental surgery ever again. I’ve always been terrified of dentist and needles due to several bad experiences at other dentist offices. When I first came here they were more than caring and understanding when time came for me to get sedated. Once I woke up I didn't feel any pain. I’ve been here several times now and always look forward to it.? They’ve done a few wisdom teeth extractions and other teeth extractions with bone grafts. Needless to say every visit has been a 10/10. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THE BEST PLACE EVER TO GET YOUR WISDOM TEETH OUT OR ANY DENTAL RELATED ISSUES!! The staff is so sweet and kind, they even helped me calm my nerves before I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Butura is insanely skilled, respectful, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. I had no complications and they actively made sure that I was doing okay after my procedure!
