I had my first visit with them today & I absolutely loved it! Angelica made sure to greet me and take care of me from the moment I walked in through the door. Grace was absolutely wonderful. She was there assisting Dr. Byron and she took care of me every step of the way, from taking x-rays, cleaning, etc. Dr. Byron was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He & his staff take the time to get to know their patients & make them feel comfortable. My husband & son are patients of his & they love going to him too! 100% recommend!

Dr. Byron was very personable. This is the first dentist I have been to in years because of my absolute fear of dental visits. Before my first cleaning even started, Angelica was eager to meet me as I walked in. She made everything easy to understand during check in and check out. Dr. Byron established a connection right away by getting to know more about me. The entire team has been incredibly patient with me and my severe anxiety. I would definitely recommend Dr. Byron to anyone needing any sort of dental work or just a new dentist overall. Him and his team will take care of you. I feel comfortable in his office and know I’m in good hands.

I have been going here for standard cleanings, fillings if needed, etc for about a year or two now and never had any complaints until recently. I went in for my usual cleaning, and brought to their attention some pain I have had on a tooth. The dentist looked and said that it looks like part of it was grinded down from brushing too hard and that they can easily fix it with a filling, he also reminded me of some preventative filling work that I had on my chart that we were planning on doing later and that we can knock it all out at once. Other than that he said everything looked good. Once my cleaning was done I went to the front to schedule my filling and that they would call me if there was a copay so I was prepared when I came in. The office called me a few days later and let me know my copay for all the preventative fillings and the one filling for the tooth that was hurting. I told them right now I just want to focus on the tooth that was giving me pain and Ill worry about the other preventative fillings later. The gal that I was speaking to said for the one tooth then it would only be $24. Great. On the day of my appt, when I was being billed they said it would be $64. I told the lady at the front that I was quoted only $24 over the phone for the one tooth so why was it $64. She asked who I spoke to and I told her unfortunately I didnt catch their name but that's what I was quoted. She just looked at me and said "well that's the price is that okay? " I went ahead and paid it and didn't stress over it too much since I really needed this done. Once Im in the back the dentist is asking why I wont do the preventative filling right now. I told him its just not a top priority right now and I just want to focus on the tooth that's bothering me. He starts to examine my teeth and says I really should get the preventative filling done because I now have a cavity. Even though I was there 2 weeks prior for a cleaning and they said everything looked good other than the one tooth I was getting done. I all of a sudden have a cavity when Im denying certain services. I told him I wasnt told that I had a cavity when I was there two weeks ago, and to just focus on the tooth I came in for and I'll deal with the cavity later. Mind you he did do a great and quick job on my filling and I was done in 10 minutes.

Fast forward to now, I'm looking through my insurance claims and see that they proceeded to bill my insurance for the preventative fillings that I never had done on that date and declined multiple times. This has been a disaster and honestly it's time to find a new dentist.

Always super friendly and great to work with. The dentist is the best. He does a complete job without pain. My children and I have had everything from wisdom teeth pulled, crown replaced, braces and more. The work is superior to other dentist offices we have been. His hygienist are wonderful too. Angelica and Jackie will make you feel like your family is theirs.

My family and I absolutely love Dr. Reintjes and the whole office staff! I bring both of my toddlers here too and they are absolutely wonderful, patient, and so gentle with them. Dr is very knowledgeable, explains any procedure in depth every step of the way and makes us all love going to the dentist again. I love how he is very versatile and can do orthodontics, implants, ect.. so you have everything done in one office. We recently moved to Arkansas and we still come back to Fresno just to be able to have our dental needs and cleaning done with this office. Highly recommended!

In the past I’ve had a few bad experiences visiting the dentist. I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Byron’s dental center. I had my wisdom teeth removed today with local anesthesia. I was initially nervous with being awake for the procedure. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was absolutely painless. He did a fantastic job. There is a T.V above the chair so you can watch Netflix and distract yourself a little bit, which I found very helpful. Now my dental fear doesn’t exist in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Bryon!

Highly recommended, the staff is the friendly, the hygienist and dentist are very knowledgeable and very gentle when working. I've been to plenty of other dentist in the past and always seem to leave with more pain than I originally showed up with. Here it was the complete opposite, no aggressive tugs or pressure. Also, the staff was very helpful when I ran into some issues with my insurance company, Angelica was on top of the issue and offered us a resolution that worked for my family. Five Stars no doubt!
