Been going here for years, I’ve had 2 appointments in the last 3months and noticed a change in all the staff personnel, I wasn’t notified that the previous dentist and staff were no longer here,it’s very unprofessional now all the assistants at my last appointment weren’t wearing face mask for protection both times seemed like they wanted me in and out which I was 15 min max at both appointments with nothing done. I was told to see a specialist for a root canal.the previous dentist would have done it there as most dentist do.It’s been a month now still waiting for a call for a deep cleaning.looking for a new dentist in the San Bernardino area if anyone knows one.will not be going back here. Most of these reviews are from when the previous dentist was here so the ratings are dead wrong.

My experience here was nice. I was in search of an African American dentist for my son who 4 years old. I was elated to see Dr. Cadet’s face on the 10 freeway billboard. Even more excited to learn that she sees patients this young.

The office is located in the Hospitality Plaza next to the Hall of Records. Although this isn’t a pediatric dental office the staff did a great job making my son feel comfortable. He received x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning. He’s also cavity free which made the visit go even smoother.

The office looks nice. However, it would be nice if they check your insurance before you wait three weeks for an appointment! Do, they accept medical ? Yes, but straight medical - like no medical plan. Just do a little bit more research on the patient insurance, because that patient could have went else where. The lady was nice at the desk, but other than that- waisted time!!! I just need a referral for a wisdom tooth removal and we all know dental - cal pays for that ! Other than that, I could have paid out of pocket! 👍

There is a new Dentist here and I absolutely love him! He did 2 root canals in under 30 min.! I’m so amazed by his work.

Scheduling my appointment was very easy and seamless. The office in Hesperia is very neat, tidy and well kept. I was most impressed by the staff! From the front desk, to my xray tech to Dr. B everyone made me feel at ease, welcomed and I got a good dental plan for my teeth which require a lot of work. I have a fear of dentists and expressed this and Dr. B said that I would be taken care of. So kind and very reassuring I can't believe I'm looking forward to my next visit. Will recommend to friends and family!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Really disappointed. Should’ve left after an hour but was really looking to get my dental cleaning done. Made the appointment for routine cleaning and any other work if they saw I needed anything. My appointment was at 10 and I arrived at 9:50 and was called back around 10:30. They wanted to do X-rays… ok technician asked if I was in pain and what I was there for. I said cleaning and cavity work if they saw I had cavities. She was having issues with the X-ray machine which I was being patient about, especially because the tech kept getting interrupted by another employee asking her questions on how to do things. Finally everything was done. I was told to sit in my chair around 11am.

12:20 pm arrives and I’m hangry but trying to be patient, no one is around to ask a question to because the people there were busy with a patient. When they got done with that patient a tech comes to me and says the other tech didn’t say what you were here for or if you had any pain. I answered no pain here for cleaning and to see if I need any other work. She said oh. And I asked if I was next, she said yes.

Another 10 minutes the dentist comes looks in my mouth says you look good don’t think you need anything more than cleaning. I’m like ok cool? (Don’t know if he saw the X-rays or not) he gets up to go and I’m thinking to get the stuff for the cleaning but no instead someone else came and said so doctor said you were good only needed a cleaning thanks for your patience. I said it’s ok just really wanted to get my teeth checked since it’s been a long time. She said ok I’ll walk you out to receptionist to make an appointment because we don’t have a hygienist today. I was livid. So you scheduled me on a day with no hygienist knowing I made my appointment for a cleaning and stated that multiple times while there made me wait almost 3 hours to send me home?

Totally unprofessional and rude. That was a waste of my time. I asked the receptionist if this happened often and she said yeah it does you usually do end up waiting that long to be seen but we are working on it. I told her the waiting wasn’t the biggest problem it was the scheduling someone for a cleaning on a day when the person responsible for that service isn’t going to be present. I understand places can be money hungry but that was stupid.

My doctor referred me there saying she hadn’t heard any complaints but she most definitely will today. If you do decide to go there make sure you confirm over and over the right person to treat you is there before having them take you back and waste your time. Won’t be returning. Found another place as soon as I walked out that’s closer to my home and they did a fantastic job.

TERRIBLE waste of time. Dental assistants have zero clue of what they are talking about. Dr is worse. This was a good office when amber and Dr. Kim worked here. What happened?!!!!! Sergio the manager does not have a clue what’s going on in the office either. CLEARLY that’s the problem. When there’s bad employees there’s always bad management. Go here at your own risk!!! It’s a disaster from a to z. Read the other reviews! Wow! San Bernardino location 👎👎👎👎👎👎ZERO stars

I live 25 min away, and l make the drive to come to Cal Select because my experiences here have been that good. I recently had to switch insurances and was extremely disappointed that my insurance doesn’t work here. Thank you guys for your professionalism, humor, integrity, genuineness, and kindness. It definitely made a difference for me! I hope to find another location just as great as you guys.
