First off, the name of this place as it shows outside is Paradise Atlantic. This is my experience.

I visited this place recently and had an awful experience.

The good: Making appointments is easy.

The bad: Parking is very limited, and you get a mix of good and bad customer service depending on who you talk to.

The ugly: One of the receptionists(older) is very rude and does not have any customer service skills. She tells you one price on the estimate without giving you anything on writing and then changes the price to a higher amount when paying, claiming that is not what she told you. It gets worse...

I witnessed the same price change tactics with other people that were paying for their services, and everyone complained of not getting an estimate on writing. Now, I could say this was probably an oversight, but she also did it to my wife the same week.

What made it horrible is that the same receptionist did my deep cleaning, and I doubt she is even licensed to do that. It seems the doctor just turns the other way to get more people in. She ended up bruising one of my upper teeth.

After I complained about the high price, she magically found more money on my coverage to pay for some of the charges.

In my opinion and experience, be aware of this place with horrible uatomer service and doubtful practices.

I went here a few years ago back in the 90s and this place was terrible the dentist was nice but he didn't know what he was doing he kept pulling teeth that didn't to be pulled he left gaps in my mouth he didn't know how to put feelings in your mouth and a receptionist was rude this place is terrible I still wouldn't go right to this day and it's the 2000s I will not waste my time terrible terrible terrible that's all I have to say if you want to quack go here but if you want to real dance go somewhere else that's all I have to say
