I’ve been going to Campbell dental for almost 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Alexa has not only given me excellent and compassionate care, but has educated and empowered me on ways to take better care of my dental health. Every hygienist has been gentle, caring and informative as well.

Today I had a more unique experience. Tooth pain had become unbearable over the weekend and Dr. Alexa was able to see me early afternoon. She gave me pain relief and called an Endodontist and got me on their emergency list the same day. A few hours later, I had a root canal done and am now home pain free. This is the second place Dr Alexa has sent me to, the first was for wisdom teeth removal. Both referrals were exceptional experiences. I completely trust Dr. Alexa and her staff and am so grateful to have found her.

I also want to note that you can clearly see in Dr Alexa’s interactions with her staff that they share wonderful and caring relationships with one another. Her staff seems joyful every time I’ve been in. As someone who will always have some anxiety when going to the dentist, the environment that happy employees who are treated well creates can make all the difference for you as the patient to relax. ?

My visit with the office was great! It was only a cleaning, but the hygienist explained everything from her exam before starting the process. She was kind and patient and handled me with great care. After she finished she made some recommendations for self care. She even made sure the doctor came in do give me an oral examination. I'm still impressed with my visit. I had my last dentist for many years, and when he retired, I was a little apprehensive starting with someone new. I feel very Blessed to have found this office!

I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, after a friend referred me. Less than 36 hours before the appointment, I received a text saying that my insurance was an HMO and therefore they could not accept it and had canceled my appointment. No one called me to get an explanation or to see if anything was incorrect. If they had, they would have found out that they I had new dental insurance, effective 11 and one. They also would have found out that I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for any services not covered.

Top notch dentistry. Superb staff. Dr Carrara and Dr Yasmer are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. Actually a pleasure to have my procedures done there. Very soft touch, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. My tooth hurt so I was so grateful for the fast appointment. I was treated with dignity and respect and gentle kindness. Then, the dentist came in and explained my problem and how to solve it. She was upbeat and not judgmental. Everyone was so calm and not rushed. Absolute professionals.

I've been seeing Dr. Alexa Benzell for several years now and am a happy patient. I appreciate that she explains well what's being done and takes care to make me comfortable. Also, Kayleigh is a great hygienist. She is gentle yet always does very thorough work.

Caring, profressional team that fully explained every step of the process from initial exam through final payment. Took very good care of this big baby who has been terrified of dentists for years. Not anymore!
