I showed up for my appointment to find that my regular hygienist was not there, due to some urgent issue (Not his fault). This is after receiving several text messages reminding me of my appointment. The text also stated I would have to pay $50.00 for a no show without 48 hours notice
Now for my complaint:
Why did I not receive a courtesy phone call, even if this was last minute. You had enough time to find a substitute to fill in for him. I had to make it to my appointment on time and waste my time and money to do so. I believe that I deserve some consideration. I expect more.

Dr Fleischmann is an outstanding dentist. He went out of network for us so we tried another dentist, but we missed his honesty and professionalism and decided to come back to him no matter what the cost. He is honest upfront and does great work.

I have a great recommendation for Dr Fleischmann and his staff.
My husband & I are very impressed with how this office interacts with their dental patients. Dr Fleischmann is a very well professional educated, kind, encouraging, dental Dr. He explained everything to me(even though I have a mild hearing impairment, he did great) in which I could understand.
Amy is very kind, and understanding. Her way of treatment is gentle and precise. Christy always greets us with professionalism, and smiles. All the staff are very well educated in what they do, and Dr Fleischmann is a great Dentist. My husband & I highly recommend this Dental Office.

If you’re looking for a new dental office in the Auburn area this is it! Their whole staff is very accommodating, thorough, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. They make the going to the dentist experience very comfortable, from appointment updates, teeth cleanings and x-rays. 5 out of 5 stars!

Nina is an amazing hygienist. Great attitude and very gentle. She makes getting your teeth cleaned a fun experience. Professional staff and an amazing view of the foothills is a plus.

The staff is very welcoming. Completely efficient in time management and work. Amy , the Hygienist is so gentle and Dr. Fleischman is so knowledgeable and great bedside manner. Great team of people. The views from the office are incredible, looking over the canyon. Super nice!
