I got my daughter her first Covid-19 shot here and I came to get her her 2nd shot but this lady said my daughter cannot get her shot because I adopted her and because I am not her biological mother, she said I need paperwork to prove it. Please do not come here if you adopted your child and you do not have paper work to prove it. Very rude staff.
