I left my previous dentist due to logistical issues and I was casually looking for a new dentist. A crown that I've had for 5+ years suddenly came loose and I found my need for a new dentist to be more than casual. A trusted friend recommended Dr Carroll. I called her office on a Friday afternoon and she got me in on Monday. I'm very thankful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I want to start by saying that Dr Carroll is an amazing Dentist and provided me with top notch service and dental care. She even referred me to a lady who was able to help with my jaw issues. I have referred several of my family and friends to this practice. However, the ladies at the front desk are just rude. It doesn't matter what time a day you walk into that office, they always seem to have a chip on their shoulder - a simple smile goes a long way in customer care. It's really not that hard. I had a simple billing error, which could have easily been corrected and they continously blame me and have no desire to express any customer serice, which I honestly am not surprised with just due to their nature when you walk through the door. I have stated multiple times, I have NO ISSUE and will pay the balance immediatley for services rendered (we are talking $30), but that apparetnly isn't good enough. I have let all my referrals know and sadly won't be back to see the amazing Dr. Carroll.

I was very pleased with my experience here from the front desk to the dentist. I do not enjoy going to the dentist but everyone here really listened and they were very gentle. Rachelle, my hygienist was fantastic. I explained my teeth were very sensitive to the cold water and air being blown on them and she did very gentle job without putting me through any discomfort. Dr. Carroll was also very friendly and did not try to oversell any dental work. I will definitely be going back.

I love this office. I have going to this office around 15 years and never had one issue, complaint or concern. Dr Carroll is caring and she and her staff are great to work with. They are thorough and the office has the new and improved instruments. Dr Carroll will watch for potential issues and just doesn’t replace fillings because she wants to. She has your best interest in mind as well. This is the part I love about her. I highly recommend Dr Carroll .

I've been going to see Christina and Dr. Carroll for several years now, including four cleanings and one filling, and I've always have a very pleasant experience. You can tell they really care about comfort but also helping their patience maintain good dental health, and that's important to me. Their staff is friendly, the office is clean and welcoming (free coffee!) and visits are efficient yet not rushed.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years before I walked into Dr. Carroll’s office in 2022. The main reason I avoided any dentist was because my previous dentist was convinced I needed a tooth pulled, and that really scared me so I just kept avoiding it which did lead to cavities and a lot of tooth pain I just endured. I decided to give Dr. Carroll a chance since I heard through a friend she was great. I walked in with tears mostly from nerves and a lot of embarrassment. She and her team never judged and only consoled me. She explained every step and when explaining I had 8 cavities, there was not 1 ounce of judgment, only reassurance that my teeth did not have to get pulled and that they would work with me to make sure I was very comfortable. Every filling and cleaning since then as gone very smooth. I’m thankful for the grace and professionalism she has shown me. It’s nice to go to a practice where you can tell they care about their patients.
