Very nice, wonderful people. The ladies at the front deck are always patient and greets you with a smile. In the chair I never had any issues with pain or discomfort. My kids also come here and they LOOOOOVE them. Always leave with gifts to keep they're teeth nice clean and healthy... Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!!

Recommended. I am always seen on time, staff are friendly, they call you if there are cancellations so they see you before your appointment, you get contacted to remins you of upcoming appointments. I have been with them for 3 years.

My kids and I have been coming here for years never had a problem until now. My son had an appointment and was treated. Only to be told after he was treated that he owed $180 for the services. He not only did not have the money because he has medical but he was never informed before hand that his medical insurance was inactive. We had no idea. He was not informed or given the option to decline services prior. They made the mistake of not running his insurance prior to rendering services. I never said I wouldn't pay them but Heydie the office manager was very rude and insisted on us making full payment. I told her I cannot afford that kind of money. She was not sympathetic or accepting of their mistake. And demanded half the payment by Friday. We did not make this mistake....they did. And for them to be rude and unsympathetic about it was just really upsetting to me. I offered $20 every Friday until paid off and that was not good enough for them. When they made a mistake. I will be taking my kids and myself to a different dental office from now on. You just lost 4 patients for being wrong

It is truly by referral that Carson Dental flourishes. Sam, the front office manager is great at working with you in any way they can. She does a great job at communicating and making sure the office runs smoothly. I've been coming now for four or more years. They do excellent work and don't charge an arm and a leg.

If you're like me, and many other people, going to the dentist is something you try to avoid. I was nervous about going in for a check up but when I called, Samantha did a great job of putting me at ease. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful and explains things in a way that takes the guess work out of your visit.

When I came in, my x-rays, exam and dental work was quick easy and painless. Everyone in the staff is friendly, professional and concerned with making your experience as good as possible.

I would highly recommend Carson dental.

At first I was happy here. Friendly staff. Everyone always remembers your name. If not for the doctors, would absolutely recommend this office.
After having used Carson Dental for a spell I have some adjustments to make. Their front desk staff is absolutely first rate. Their hygienists meet the standard. It’s the Dr’s with whom I take issue. I had the same crown repaired 3 times. Once out of state - the dentist applied a “bandaid” until I got back home. Then, fixed twice by the same Dr. at Carson saying that there wasn’t enough of the original tooth to make the crown hold. Now the “bandaid” stayed on for 3 months before I had Carson Dental put in a “permanent” replacement. I had to go to my old dentist who fixed it. It’s been 3 years and quarantine and it has been fine.

Secondly when the Dr did my cleanings he was done in under 10 minutes. Now I’m no dentist, but I’m my 60 years I’ve never had a cleaning that went under 20 minutes. No gum line or pocket inspection. Very ship-shod. I’m adjusting my rating accordingly.

I have been a patient here for a couple years. I relocated some 6 months ago cause the office manager was very unprofessional. I received a call from the new management team. Very warm, inviting and apologetic for the previous experience. I actually was relieved cause I LOVE DR. PARK. Her compassion for her patients and staff goes along way. The atmosphere in the office makes you feel right at home!!!!!! 😆😆😆

I never write reviews but today I had too. I had an emergnecy problem I had never been here before. I spoke with the manager, Samantha, and she was totally helpful. Not only did she take me in but told me how to change offices on my insurance. Anyway, my issue was taken care of on the same day. I'm so glad I decided to go there. The best staff I have ever come across. Very professional and clean environment. Thank you Samantha for everything
