The customer service at Carter Orthodontics is definitely a 5/5. We are visiting from out of town and ran out of bands. They were so kind to find the right size and to get us what we needed to get back on our way.

We absolutely love everyone there. Dr. Carter is the best and he truly cares for each of his patients. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr. Carter and his staff, they are some of the sweetest people. They made my daughter, who was 8 when she started going here, feel so comfortable and at ease during her appointments.

They're phenomenal. Very friendly staff that makes sure you get the best treatment. I had Invisalign for almost two years and my teeth went from a crossbite, overbite, and crooked teeth to perfect. I had to have a spacer as well and they made sure that both of these things worked well and fixed my teeth. They did such a good job on my teeth that my little brother is going soon to get his teeth fixed by them. I would recommend Carter to everyone.
