On time and very efficient. Dr. Salas is an extraordinary surgeon. Administratively, “Computers were down” so couldn’t receive updated treatment plan or accurate costs for next treatment phase, but was told those would be emailed to me soon. Follow up appointment was made. Prescription was quickly ordered and was ready for me to pick up about one hour later once I returned home.

I recently had to have a tooth pulled. I was given an appt. With Dr. Salas at this location. Everyone in this office was friendly, professional and willing to hear and respond to any questions I had. My tooth was fully numbed before they started. The procedure was fast and done before I knew it. I was also given clear and understandable directions to follow when I arrived home. Also, this was done on a Friday night, and I was even more impressed with the fact (I missed the call) that Dr. Salas called and left a message asking how I was doing and what numbers to call should I need assistance over the weekend. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might need their services. Everyone, from the time I arrived to when I settled my bill was kind, compassionate and used excellent customer service skills which are getting harder to find.

Suggest you check with your own insurance before proceeding with a procedure. They didn't do the diligence and I was left with a bill I didn't expect. Quality work but again was disappointed with the transparency of billing.

It is fantastic having this level of dental care on the southeast side now. We were referred by Aeris Dental when my husband needed some upper rear extractions. They booked us for a consultation initially due to it being for multiple teeth. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming.

The consultation appointment was short and the extraction was booked for a few weeks out at a convenient time. The surgical appointment went very smoothly and Dr. Schmidt took excellent care of my husband, including a call later in the day to follow up. We had no complications whatsoever.

My only real issue was with the initial consultation appointment where they wanted us to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. We had completed the paperwork online, none of which they apparently had. Then it appeared they were running behind on appointments as my husband was not called back until 30 minutes after his actual appointment time. I find that incredibly disrespectful to any patient, given their time is as valuable as those they are actually paying a service for. I get appointments run behind, but 30 minutes is excessive and with nobody kindly informing and apologizing to patients that this is what is happening is a big miss. Regardless of me being annoyed with that (my husband is so easy going he does not care and would literally sit there for an hour) given the level of care and service with everything else, this place is great!

I see all these wonderful reviews as I sit here in constant pain since my dental procedure/ wisdom tooth extractions over 3 months ago. The pain was supposed to subside in 7 days to two weeks. I never had dental issues prior.

Dr. Salas performed my procedure in which I was sedated. I have no idea what happened during that time. I went back and forth, x-ray after x-ray, and when I couldn't take it anymore, I paid $400 while in vacation to go to a specialist who informed me he hit a nerve in my mouth. Bonus: Whatever was hit, impacted my sinuses as well, and I now have excruciating pain in my ears when I fly, which is a part of my career. The staff is nice. I just regret having the surgery because now I am in non-stop mouth pain. I didn't realize the magnitude of how much this decision would impact my life. I also had a busted lip after the surgery as well. It's so troubling not knowing what happened to me while sedated and to have continual mouth pain over 3 months.

This clinic is amazing and staff are so nice. Great communication through text to confirm appts and email for the personal questions I had!

I went in to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out. I was very nervous (as I’m a young adult on my own) but the staff were so helpful to ease my nerves. It was quick and easy.

I even thought I popped a stitch and they got me in right away to check.

Truly an amazing team at Casa Adobes
