Just an amazing operation! They answer the phone when you call, have a great attitude all the time, are super friendly and make you feel at ease. All that being said Dr Cook was even better, clear, detailed communication about the procedure, have a had very little pain now three days out from a tooth removal that was up in the bone. Great bedside manner. Incredible!!

Had a great experience at Casas Adobes northwest office. From the receptionist and technician to Dr. Rivera - all made the experience of getting a molar removed stress free and painless. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost for extraction and adding bone to the hole was reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Rita Ranch Location: For getting a tooth pulled out, they made it pretty enjoyable. Everyone from the front desk to the support staff to the doc himself made a nerve wrecking, anxious moment tolerable. They talked to me through the whole process letting me that what I was feeling and hearing was normal and checked in with my with what felt like every minute. Plus they had a banging playlist of 90s -2006 hits which I know isn’t a big deal while reading this review but is a big deal when your nervous about having a procedure so I appreciate that ?

Dr. Schmidt is amazing! Removed a tooth and it was painless. He's knowledgeable and funny and makes you feel confident he knows what he's doing. Office staff are kind and professional and my all around experience was very positive.

Dr. Schmidt is an excellent surgeon And all around nice guy. His office staff and assistants are very friendly and personable folks. I was very pleasantly surprised that the work I need done is not going to cost me as much as I had feared Dr. Smith will carefully review with you the work you need done and tell you what options you have. He is very concerned that you do not feel pain or anxiety. I will always choose him. I have oral surgery that I need done.

The office Staff and Doctors are personable so if seeking to make an informed opinion or having one made to you, I heartily recommend this group of dedicated and kind people.

I was here June 27,2024. I had broken a molar on Sunday, they got me in on Thursday. Very easy process. I did have a referral but it was not necessary. I was called earlier in the day to see if I'd like to come in earlier due to a cancellation,so in I went. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Paperwork dealt with easily. I was taken back shortly by Gabby who took my X-rays. Then we went to the exam room. Gabby went over my paperwork with making sure she addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Rivera came in, introduced himself. Asked questions as to why I was there, and if I had any concerns. Dr. Rivera and his team of Gabby and Camille then proceeded to remove what was left of my broken molar. I have never had such professional dental care. Dr. Rivera explained what he was doing step by step as he was doing it, greatly bringing down my very high stress levels. Gabby and Camille worked smoothly with him. My entire experience was excellent. I was treated with respect. My concerns were not poo-pooed. They were all taken into consideration with the care I was given. We do not have dental insurance. The cost was reasonable. It was at the lower range of what they were able to roughly quote me initially. There was no up sell!!!! Entire office staff professional, efficient and pleasant. Dr Rivera called that evening to see how I was doing. I was given a number to call if I had any problems and told repeatedly to call if I did. I am so pleased with the excellent care I received. I highly recommend them! Their entire facility clean, up to date, professional. Parking easy in and out. Again, I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Wonderful, professional, extremely skilled, caring people. Thank you!

Dr. T was personable, caring, and efficient. I had a minimum of pain. The removal of a broken frontal tooth is a big experience. She made it less traumatic!
