Kind of brutal with extractions. Billing staff believes flex card benefits above and beyond the basic dental coverage are not real - even laughed when i said I'd already verified it with my insurance 3 times and refused to double check their "information". I would have received better treatment and better fitting dentures if they actually knew what they were talking about regarding insurance coverage and benefits

Oh, my gosh. Words cannot express how my experience was with Dr. Travis Caskey. Both he and his assistant were nothing short of amazing during my root canal treatment (12/17/2020). They made me feel confortable and reassured me that everything would be fine. They were very thorough during the procedure and you can see how much they truly care about the patient sitting in the chair. They even had a sense of humor which really helped the situation. This was my 2nd root canal with Dr. Caskey. The first time (a year ago) was just as awesome as the second time. I've had many dental procedures done through the years (fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, bridgework, etc.) And, I can honestly say that Dr. Travis and his staff are top-notch in my book! I gave Dr. Caskey a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts from Hawaii before I left. I felt so bad for not bringing more for his wonderful staff. I will make it up to them the next time. My wife and I are disabled She had a stroke and I had a vehicle accident. Dr caskey was and is amazing. Broken front tooth that he had to extract. I asked him to let me know when he was done. He told me it was out already. I never felt a thing. He was amazing with my wife and amazing with me. I never felt a thing neither did my wife. Even after the novacaine wore off. This is the best dentist I have ever seen. I am so nervous about dental work. He was kind and helped me to relax. He performed my first root canal and I have zero pain. Definitely recommend Dr. Caskey and his staff! They are all wonderful!!!

Would not help me with the pain after the surgery. When I asked for pain medication to help stop the pain. Mr Travis Caskey called me a drug addiction an then proceeded to say I was suicidal. This office will be reporting this to the dental association an medical board.

Dr. Caskey has seen our whole family multiple times over the last few years. We have been very happy with their service. They are really good with our kids. All the staff and assistants have been super nice. They have digital x-rays which makes getting in and out a lot quicker.

Man I ain't felt so bad walking out of a dentist you are supposed to have the opposite feeling. The lady's in there acted like they hated there job . And the dentist assistant put my parcel on crooked to point we're I can't even leave the house she let me walk out of there looking like this the dentist offered to fix it seeing that I was unhappy. If you want a good dentist look elsewhere please.
