I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for this team. Dr. McClure and every member from front desk to the dental assistants are AMAZING! They work so well together and provide a very tranquil environment. They never tire of answering questions and making sure you fully understand everything. They want your input when they come up with a dental plan. This is the hardest working dental team that make you feels like family and not a business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Front office staff are very nice but extremely slow. Phones are answered on speaker (not private). It took 1hr & 5 min to be taken to the back for X-rays - only after the front office staff decided to go ahead and walk me back so I didn’t have to continue waiting up front. The X-ray specialist was also not prepared or set up causing additional wait. The doctor came quickly, did his exam and sent me back to the front to continue to wait. All to be told I would not be seen today because the SINGLE office hygienist (who spent more time upfront talking and filling out paperwork with patients) couldn’t fit me in. Then another 15 minutes+ to print my information to switch to a different dentist. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 2 hour visit and wasted afternoon - save yourself the aggravation.

Took 2.5 hours just to take X-rays and tell me I couldn’t get a basic cleaning because they wanted to charge me an additional $500+ to do a deep cleaning. Even after the doctor said my teeth were good. Would definitely not go back. I’ll be stopping by a dentist when I visit Cancun in a few weeks and pay $50

Love love love the Castle Dental in Pasadena, Texas on Fairmont! When I walk in Ms. Shon greets me by name, Mariela is quick to get me checked in and Roxanna takes good care of me while Dr. McClure handles business! I live in League City but continue to go out of my way to Pasadena for all my dental needs because the entire staff there is the best!

I am very disappointed in this location , I have been a patient of castle dental (Spencer hwy location) to be exact for years but I was recommended to come to the fairmont location for advice on removing my wisdom teeth since they have a oral surgeon .. I seen Dr McClure he is very knowledgeable and nice. He wrote down a list of things I needed done on a piece of paper also I had a bunch of x rays done. This location had lost my X-rays and I had to redo it all over again at the Spencer hwy location, they hardly answer the phone, the manager Lashonda is nice but promised to call me back regards to scheduling my cleaning and about finding my missing X-rays but she never calls back. This was a horrible experience, the excuse I always get told is they have to look in different systems to find my information. I will never be back at this location. I always get the run around . Very upsetting, and a waste of time. I will stick to Spencer hwy location since they are more organized and always answer the phone!!
