I finally found a great dentist! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and kind. There's a really cute office dog, too. The dental hygienist was incredibly thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I had such a great experience today. The office is clean! Everyone on staff is happy and easy to chat with. Hardly any wait time before my cleaning and exam. I was comfortable, the hygienist Mackenzie did great and very gentle. Dr. Sharp is detailed, making sure I left properly educated on next steps especially with repairing some fillings. Wonderful staff and great experience. I have a lot of dental anxiety (which is putting it mildly) and they were so caring and patient with me. They did a fantastic job and I feel like Dr. Sharp only did necessary dental work. Highly recommend. It’s a quiet and relaxing office.

Had a great experience for my first visit. The facility is well kept and clean. Ashley, the dental hygienist, was so gentle with the cleaning and explained details of what she was doing and what to expect. Dr. Sharp was kind and straightforward with recommendations and creating a plan that fit best for my needs.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this dentist office. Our whole family goes to Castle Lake Dental and we were so thankful to find them after some tough experiences. I’ve never once felt like they were upselling us, selling over the quality of care or rushing. Dr. Sharp and her staff all take them time to address questions and are so patient with my son. If you want a great dental experience, go meet Pickle at Castle Lake Dental!

It says a lot when my 6 year old is excited to go to the dentist! 🙂

So my experience with Castle Lake Dental has been nothing but exceptional.
From the moment I went for my intial visit they have been nothing but warm, professional and helpful.
The environment is beautiful 😍.
I would recommend Dr Sharp(sweet ,adorable ) to anybody who needs dental care.

Dr. Sharp and staff are fantastic. Dr Sharp and her staff are super duper thorough and very caring. Even before we were full-fledged loyal patients - she took time to answer questions about our toddler, who had taken a bad fall and damaged his gums/teeth. Given how much pain he was in and how much blood was surrounding his gums/tooth, we thought we would need to visit an ER. This happened on a Saturday. We sent emergency message to her Sunday and to our surprise we got a response text. She asked us to take pictures on phone and reassured us he could be seen Monday by her. She cleared morning schedule to accommodate us first thing Monday morning.

After my overlay/deep cleaning appointments, her staff always calls to check up on me.

She and her staff are so knowledgeable - and even helped diagnosed me with acid reflux disease due to pattern of enamel loss.

As a medical professional/Physician - I can say without a doubt Dr. Sharp and her staff are the best I have seen - cannot recommend enough if you are in Carrollton area to come see them, they will take care of all your needs.
