Great practice to come to. I have always had a fear of dental offices and these guys helped ease my fear. The front office staff is great with insurance questions, and any other help that you might need. All the staff is great to work with! If you have a high fear, this place won't let you down, they will make it a priority to keep you comfortable and at ease.

Decided to call this office after carefully considering the reviews. I'm not a patient YET but after speaking at length with Spencer the Office Manger, I absolutely WILL be. I was impressed by the kind and professional manner in which Spencer patiently and thoroughly responded to my questions and provided a rough estimate for a crown as we went over details of the procedure and compared these with percentages covered by my Dental Plan. I also asked if I could have the billing codes in order to confirm things with my Dental Plan carrier and Spencer provided these without hesitation. Talk about transparency, exceptional customer service and a SUPURB first impression. I look forward to visiting the office and meeting Spencer in person. Sign me up!

The staff at CR Dental Group are extremely nice and helpful. They accepted me as a new patient when I lost a crown and did an excellent job of replacing it. Will definitely go back there for all future dental work.

This was my first visit to this office and I was extremely impressed with everyone in the entire office, from the greeting by the receptionist, the woman who took my X-rays, the who polished my teeth, the hygienist, and Dr Miller.
All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming.
I highly recommend this office to meet your dental needs!

I appreciate great dental care close to home. Faith is an awesome person and hygienist. She works quickly and does a great job! I will say it is hard to laugh when getting your teeth cleaned!

I am so happy I changed dentist offices! They are very thorough from the x-rays to my cleaning. I didn't realize how much I missed having a hygienist clean my teeth until I went back to a full service dental office verses a small practice with no hygienist. I highly recommend Castle Rock Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office!

Be cautious of them. They pulled a bait and switch with my insurance. Claimed they accepted Medicaid, provided service, then said they don't accept Medicaid and said I would be billed.

They also claim the "Surprise Billing Act" doesn't apply to them, because Dental isn't considered Medical.

Currently in the process of filing (C.R.S. § 25.5-4-301(I)) and (C.R.S. § 25.5-4-301(II) and (C.R.S. § 25.5-4-301(1)(a)(III)(B)) and (42 U.S.C. § 1396a (a)(14)) violations.

I had a really good experience at CR Dental. I told them that my last dental experience was the worst of my adult life and they were very understanding and supportive. The technician doing my X-rays went above and beyond to get them, knowing how painful they were for me.
