I had a great dental visit as a new patient. Summer at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I do not have dental insurance, and she took the time to explain the membership plan to me. Sarah was my hygienist. She made me feel comfortable right away. I was very impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. My cleaning was very thorough and very gentle. Dr Casey was pleasant and listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with my dental health. So nice to find a dentist and staff that work so well together. I already made my six month cleaning appointment with Sarah. Also, the best part is knowing and feeling comfortable that if any issues arise they will be there to help.

I went in as a new patient and everyone in the office was very friendly. The lady at the front desk was very kind and attentive. She did a great job explaining anything I had questions about regarding insurance or payment. My Hygienist was Brittany and she was wonderful! She had a great attitude and made me feel very welcomed sitting in her chair. Brittany did a great job explaining everything she was doing while cleaning and made me want to come back regularly! The Doctor was very kind! He did not make me wait for a long time, he was attentive and helped me feel comfortable and understanding of the treatment he saw that was needed. Overall the office was a good environment, very comfortable place and easy to find building. I am usually very picky with my dental offices and I like to read a lot about hem before I pick one. I would highly recommend this office if you are in the NWA area!

My mouth has been neglected for quite a while. I’ve been getting work done by Dr. Dominguez and his capable staff for a couple of months now.

This weekend a broken tooth, that we had scheduled to be pulled, blew up with an abscess that became extremely painful. Today, Monday, Dr. Dominguez was able to fit me in and got that evil tooth out! And, it was much less of an ordeal than I thought it would be—he had it out and I didn’t even realize it!

I am super pleased with Dr. Dominguez, Jainelle, Brittni, and Summer, who are the staff who has worked on me so far. I definitely recommend Dr. Dominguez and Cave Springs Dental to anyone needing excellent dental care!

My wife and I had our first visit to Cave Springs Dental which included x-rays, cleaning and an exam and evaluation by Dr. Casey Dominguez. The entire process was a great experience from the beginning. The receptionist, out of courtesy called and offered us an earlier appointment date which we accepted. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and explained their duties. One of the hygienist noticed that my wife had a joint replacement in the past and whether she should take an antibiotic before the cleaning. Dr. Dominguez was professional, had a good chair side manner and explained his procedure and made us feel comfortable.
We have recently moved in to the area and one of the most stressful aspects of moving is to leave the Physician and Dentist you have been using for thirty years and find a suitable replacement. The visit to Cave Springs Dental was a pleasant experience - now the next challenge is to find a physician.
As a bonus, Cave Springs Dental accepts our Dental Insurance.
