They say they take insurance, but they DONT! After reading many reviews, I decided to call RSE for an emergency root canal, I went in with major pain I let them do the procedure with out even knowing the cost, after it was done it was close to $900 which I paid with no problem. I was in a lot of pain and didn’t care. Then they say it will be another $160 for a filling because they do root canals in 2 parts. I also agreed to that. Finally I’m done then a week later I start getting text that I owe them $450 but they were going to be generous and give me a $300 discount! For what?! “We collaborate with some PPO but not with yours” Even in a lot of pain, my first question was “did you verify my insurance” and they said “yes” Very nice office, but beware YOU are paying for the location more than the service. Also the lady on the phone got very rude after I started disputing this

My favorite dentist! Great experience having a general check-up and having my teeth cleaned here. Dr Nguyen and team have soft hands and make the procedure painless.

highly satisfied... highly recommanded. from the moment you step in your greeted warmly. as for my experiance it was 10 out of 10. place is clean and up to date.. the staff is friendly and nice. as for the (doc)dentist that performed on me she was so experianced that I didn't even feel a thing or time .. I hate anything medical related but my experiance was so smooth that i can now say I'm more comfortable checking up more .... oooo and prices are amazing and it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg like other places .. oh and you get a mini gift at the end too cute

Simply loved the place and the staff was very helpful and compassionate at what they do. Dr. Perschke was the best dentist you could ask for... She gave me positive and helpful feedback on a better quality of life for sure. They made me a happy camper for sure, Wow great service is still present. Thanks, Centra Dental!

Been coming here for more than 10 years and they never disappoint! The place is always very clean, staff and Drs are very professional and kind. Always willing to answer all my questions. You can use Care Credit to pay for services too, so that’s a plus if you don’t have dental insurance. Thank you Centra Dental! Will definitely keep coming for years to come!!!

The Centra Team is just the best, we recently moved from Austin and switching dentists is always daunting, Dr. was extremely helpful, explained every detail and they won't offer treatments you don't need. Special shout out to Marianna, she is amazing, welcoming and makes patients feel really comfortable, will come back for many years!

I’ve read some good reviews, I wanted to check this place out for myself, I brought my child here and the Dr was very considerate and explained to me the causes of consuming too much sugar. Staff members and Doctor were very friendly and helpful. My expectations for this dental office were high, and I can proudly say they were met. Recommend to family and friends.
