I really loved this clinic up until I had to see my primary doctor in order to be released back to work. Doctor Schultz was required to fill out my release form back to work. The HR kept denying my form because there were erase marks because he wasn’t not using a pen instead he used a pencil. Then I kept calling for them to file the form out properly so that I won’t get terminated for not having proper paperwork done to release me back to work. I had one more week for them to fill out the form correctly. I called them on a Monday for them to file the paper work and send it back to me but they didn’t send it until Monday the next week and by then it was past the due date for them to submit it and my Job terminated me because Doctor Schultz failed to give me my forms on time. They did not care about me being a single mom they did not care about my 7-8 month old child. Now my son has to struggle because of this clinic and they still don’t care. They expect me to pay the$221 for a visit that I went to them for them to help me go back to work but instead they made me lose my job so HOW CAN I PAY THEM THE $221? The Devil’s work nothing but the devils work Disappointed in Doctor Schultz now my mental health is deteriorating because they didn’t care about my health or me and my sons life

This is the worst place to go . I came here to get my Depot shot, one time they " ran out" of them. They told me i could drive and go pick it up and bring it to them to give to me but they would charge me about $100 more. Then another time I waited over an hour to get my shot and they forgot I was out there. Today they say the close at 12:00, I get there at 11:52 and they already have their doors locked. Obviously they don't want patients business..
